The most rudest post office I ever met. I receive the email that I only need to take this email to collect my package. I explain to her for several times but said she require with proof letter and personal identity certification. It looks like she didn't understand what I mean. Then she shout really loudly at me said I should speak English because I living in Australia as a FOREIGNER ! I will never collect any package from this office.
