The old hags at the counter need to learn customer service 3rd time I've been there and they never fail to make me feel uncomfortable especially the non white ones which I've seen them treat like garbage in front of my youngest son and others makes me think who the hell is running this office in southport? And we give them our money? No thanks from now i am going to withdraw my membership and services with this mob.

Staff are always so rude and make you feel uncomfortable. Is it that hard to give a paying customer good customer service. Like you work in customer service.. Unfortunately for me this is where my parcels get taken for pick up. Was the only one in the other day and had to wait for the staff to finish there personal conversation before they even wanted to knowledge me. Blonde lady with fringe is the worst no personality what so ever.

Was in there the other day and was lucky to be served by Christopher! I go to post offices all the time and have never received as high quality service as Christopher supplied! He helped me with my “My Business” account and had lovely conversation skills! Went in there to post some things in the morning and his positivity set me up for a beautiful rest of the day! Went there today and got the greatest service, helped to pack my parcel and bent over backwards to help me. A blonde haired lady helped me ( sorry didn't see your name tag ) Had a few laughs and felt it was excellent place to go. I'll be back.

Incompetent and rudest staff, esp, a manager or sort who has anti-customer service, does not have even very basic human courtesy. Such a terrible experience every time I had to go there for their 'never-attempted delivery service' when I paid for their delivery fee!

My new favourite post office the three regular ladies there are always polite friendly and service with speed. Obviously realizing time is limited so they get you in and out faster then the shopping centre outlets....thumbs up girls doing a great job

Super helpful staff and open till 5:30 with the express post collection just after 5pm so can get there after work to send my express parcels. They also have a vending machine with stamps and envelopes Super handy when you can’t make their open times.

I work for two business and prefer the Southport BC over Australia Fair. The Ladies at the BC always smile and greet me. I have been going there daily for the past 12 months. Not sure why there is a bad review. They are always helpful towards me. I don't believe the girls are prejudice I have seen them interact with many races especially the Toll IPec guy who is indian looking and very cheerful fellow. Sorry you had a bad experience maybe your next visit will be more pleasing.

Not one time have I had a good experience at this post office. In all experiences I have found the staff always seem cold, unhelpful and abrupt. Unfortunately although this post office is the closest to where I reside I will be looking for a different store where I hope to receive warmer service. I really hope australia post will do something about this as I believe the faces of a company you come into contact with have a big impact on the over all brand and due to multiple bad experiences here I will be looking to use alternate post services wherever possible. Not happy and always leave disappointed, offended and upset and the treatment and unhelpful service.

(Another) Attempted deliveries that was not attempted. I’ve set my address to my restaurant(in Central Tower) and there are 6 people working there at that moment. (Of course no delivery note left) I paid $70 USD to USPS and they only took 3 days for the parcel to ship from San Francisco to Brisbane airport. And now I have to wait another 5 days because this lazy delivery man didn’t even attemp delivery on Friday, and Southport BC doesn’t open on Saturday and Sunday and Monday(Aus Post authorised holiday?) and Tuesday(New Year’s Day). I called Post Office to move the parcel to Australia Fair Post Office and got told that then I can pick it up next Friday due to weekends. What happened to the last parcel was that, they ‘attempted’ delivery, then changed it ‘In Transit’. 3-4 days after the attempt, nothing happened. (and it was Express Post from Brisbane, that delivers in 1-2 business day) I had to go to Aus Fair Post to just find out that the parcel was in Southport BC. And this all happened in this month.
