The first and likely last time i will ever leave feedback on a store. 2 years of going here staff have never gotten more useful or understood what I ask for. Take the extra 5 minutes and travel to figtree the staff are 1000% better at their job and treating people like humans.

Absolutely hopeless, I have now had 2 deliveries turned away by these guys and then I have to chase down where they have gone to!! What’s the point of having parcel collect at this store if they just turn parcels away! No explanation as to why, staff aren’t very friendly at this branch either.

Even though they are meant to be open on Saturday, the doors are locked shut, no lights on and roller door down. Maybe update your hours of trading so they are correct or don't sleep in on a Saturday. Update- For future reference, Unanderra post office is closed on the Saturday of long weekends. Good to know that information is out there on the Interwebs. Wasted my morning👍

Best post office in the Illawarra. Submitted my passport application there and the girls were so efficient. Nice clean store with a great range of greeting cards!

Absolutely disgusting service. This is not an actual Australia Post outlet so beware there is no escalation or management points. Staff are extremely rude after I raised an issue with my passport photo taken by the staff which would not meet australian passport office standards and was told if I wanted a new photo taken I would once again have to pay. A service and product which did not meet australian standards hence raising concerns under Australian consumer Law.

Knowledgeable staff were pleasantly helpful in explaining all postal products and assisting in all my enquiries. They seem to have a great understanding of everything Aus Post offers, more than other offices I have been to.

Friendliness isn’t the problem. They seem to not know much about anything and one time they wouldn’t send my parcel because it wasn’t packaged in Australia post packaging. I had brought my own packaging. They couldn’t even tell me why my packaging was wrong only that they couldn’t accept it and then they told me they don’t sell australia post satchels. They also told me they have no idea where to buy Australia post satchels. Anyway I went to figtree to send my item and had no drama there whatsoever. So I have no idea what the issue was. I’m still a bit confused as to what the problem was.

Rang up to track down a parcel that was apparently delivered, 5 minutes to get through the girl then answers the phone and puts the phone down for 15 minutes, eventually I hung up and that is after just spending $400 in postage down there
