I dont have a problem with the girls working in the office but I do have a problem with the australia post couriers! They dont bother knocking on the door with my package which I have paid for express! All they do is fill out "you were not home" slip and leave it in the mailbox! Even though im sitting inside waiting for them! Very lazy please do something about this please.

I made this account just so i could post this review. This post office unfortunately has the opening hours almost designed to make your day worse by opening at 9am and closing at 5pm with a total disregard for people and the work schedule. To make matters worse they are closed on the weekend. I had no problem with actual staff but surely something can be done to make it easier to collect packages at reasonable times.

Unfriendly staff members. Manager was rude and acted as if I should know have known everything - re a damaged parcel. I tried returning a parcel as well and the staff member said their system is unable to accept it due to an invalid return slip. Went to the East Vic Park PO and they processed it without an issue. Wouldn't go back again.

Never ever deliver to home? Just leave card then expect people to take time off from their work to come and beg for our parcel.. remember we pay to deliver to home not to the post. Staff almost always angry.

I think there must be been a huge change to management. Because I've just had one of the best post office experience in a very long time. Everyone in the post office was very nice and helpful and not just to myself. Whilst I was waiting I observed the customer interactions of the other staff and they were all very helpful, nice and friendly. Which is very different to what the other reviews here say

I have a parcel locker here so I come here about 4 times a week. Within the hour the staff have received my order, put it in my parcel locker and send the notification to me. Absolutely lovely staff members :)

Only had pleasant interactions this far! First back in January when some post to Sweden had gone missing, lovely lady helped me sort it out and get in contact with the right people. Was shortly resolved afterwards. The other last Wednesday, came in straight from leaving work early to get some forms sorted out with my partner. It took quite a while and extended into post-closing time, yet the lady who saw us was lovely and patient through the whole ordeal and helped us to the end :)

What Australia Post has done - has listened to 'critics' & turned it constructive by innovating & offering safe, free alternatives to all that online shopping we seem to manage. I have recently acquired a Parcel Post Locker for when I am at work or not home but expecting a parcel. Even though I have great home security It is an added level of confidence. The only downside, I miss chatting to my postie when I am home & he brings it to the door. There are many options available depending on your requirements & I would advise joining My Post. We have become unaware of what Aus. Post means to us. It is time to take a closer look. 5 Stars ia NOT enough!

Only if it allows me to write review with no star. The lean male with glasses working on Wednesday afternoon 16/12/20 is the worst ever customer service attendant ever. He needs to use his basic social skill, i.e. to smile and may be just acknowledge the people while the queue built up,and atleast pretend that noone is forcing him to be there . Just noticed that someone else has also written about of him before about his rudeness. For future customers, pls avoid him at any cost, otherwise your forms will be rejected no matter what, your photos will be rejected and never ever think of asking him to take your photographs because even he could not meet his own standards and ask you to go take your photos somewhere else so that he can find faults again. Australia post management need to review his performance and customer service skills.

The WORST Post shop staff in WA!!! The staff are rude, unfriendliest,impolite, not helpful at all, and full of attitude!! The male wearing the specs working at the front counter is subtly arrogant & a bit of a smart @ss!!! I’ve been in there a handful number of times and have NEVER felt so disgusted with the way they treat majority of their customers & the staff have the audacity to have a good old gossip session once the aforesaid customers have left!! Something really needs to be done about the staff working there...before it’s too late...!!! They deserve NO STARS!!!!

I had lost my passport recently in High st Fremantle wild west My Birth certificetild Bently Aus.I unable to call or talk with my daughter AkaSha Bates as she is award of the state. Mr born 28102002. I am a self made million airs son I recently was riding shot gun paid cash and collecting my allowance of only fivefhundred per 2 weeks. No Home a hostel in Leonard St East vickpark which I pay three hundred plus's per week for a single room. I was going well I assume I have to let grumpy Dave know at the Globe Backpackers that the HP laptop was stolen and my iPhone Six arelong with my iPhone 4 s. And now I wanting to travel to find a wife as I'm 49 never married With Two Daughters.I was connected to Misson Australia 22 Queen St and in Darlinghurst NSW Konect employment recovered most of my insurance on my investment property but I assume is using with gov .Al's dot state gov .Serco and a security firm Owned and Run by old Corrupt public servants. NBN will be like NDC then likes this RJC Or Diiamond Communicstions its Values are to ikeO is the future me and ds installed the very first Steel pit lockable lid .in Subiaco 5 pit.

I share the sentiments of the other reviewers. As on online seller I use Australia Post's services extensively and have attended most of the Post Ofiices in the Perth metro area. This office, is by far the worst. The Asian lady is great, but God help you if you ever get served by the over weight middle aged lady who thinks she is God's gift to mankind. If you ask for anything other than a stamp she will scream, "We are busy you know!" - even though there is no one else in the store. Whilst I understand Australia Post is an employer of last resort and many of these undesirable people get these jobs through long term centrelink unemployment avenues how they all end up in one place is beyond me. Avoid! Avoid Avoid!

this is the post office closest to home. this is where my parcel locker is. so, initially, i never had to go in. the first time i went in, i had a few things to do. one: i needed to send some documents overseas. i mentioned i need one with tracking, and i was misinformed. now i'm stuck having to try to guess when it will arrive! two: i got a new PO Box. picked up the key alright, but didn't have the free redirection form printed out, because i don't own a printer. they told me i could come back another day with the printed form (it ought to be that form, that came with the "congratulations on your new PO Box" email with some pre-filled details). so i went back with the form, saw a different lady. she told me i had needed to do it on the same day; then they told me to print out a receipt, then they told me i need to print the tax invoice. i tore the form and put it in the bin. so much messing around just to do one thing. then i'm (not) surprised to find out that they get 2 stars on Google Maps.

I get things delivered to my parcel locker. They never put it in the parcel locker and expect me to collect from the shop. I work 8:15-17:00. How am I supposed to pick up my parcels if they open 9:00-17:00 Mon-Fri??

This place is absolutely terrible!! They are rude and not helpful!! I went in to ask if my parcel was there because I was a day late at picking it up and the lady would not even check. She stood there and told me that it wasn’t and I would have to wait 2 months for the buyer to receive the item in China and then for it to come back again. I hate this post office!!

The worst service I met. Neglegence of customer needs ! They don't give you the most vital information. I tried to lodge application for my daughter's passport. I haven't been told that I need to come till 4pm. After work I decdied to do other staff knowing that I can do passport later . Now I need to wait another week tI'll I can get to another post office because of my working hours. If I was informed beforehand I would make it straight after work today. Another time the postman did not deliver my parcel pick up note twice ! They send the parcel back overseas wit very needed medicine in it.I won't go there anymore and won'r recommend you

After an hour past we ask them again she tell me that she just need a passport to make a vivo check and we need to come a again tomorrow anyway. They keep us waiting for what !
