Really worst service ever had the parced deliverd in depot for 4 days and its not delivered to house when went to pick up they says they still sorting the parcels and can't pick up as its not been sorted from them. Really never use Australia post use courier service better

For the second time the parcel post has not followed the delivery instructions to leave a parcel. For the second time we were in and the door bell works. For second time we need to pick up from post office We have one car and it will be in use today so cannot pick up parcel before post office shuts. Find it hard to believe you are asked for delivery instructions then they are not followed twice. I filled out survey last time, that was obviously not read either!

I have never had a parcel damaged or go missing since using the parcel lockers. The staff are always friendly and helpful to me. Australia Post couriers on the other hand are the worst.
