Without a doubt, Sarah is the BEST person I have ever met working at an Australia Post Office. Nothing was too hard for her, she went above and beyond to help us send large parcels back up to Cairns in north QLD after a family holiday. All this was done with a smile and a vibrant, positive attitude - Our whole family think you are wonderful!

Sarah Green is an absolute delight and a breath of fresh air! There needs to be more people like her in this world. I'm currently visiting Tasmania and sent a very special package yesterday to my loved one. Sarah was above and beyond helpful with not only myself but others who entered. Today, I rummaged my place in hopes to find the tracking number, only to find out that I had left it at the Richmond LPO. I called the LPO in which Sarah had answered and she said she had kept the tracking number as she knew how I felt about the special package. I am blown away by the thoughtfulness and kindness that Sarah has showed. Thank you!

I had dealings with this post office through sending parcels down that way. That was a business operation so when things went wrong on my recipients side of things, I wanted things to be handled well. That doesn't always happen with a large entity like Auspost, but the people down at Richmond - Kevin is the one I dealt with - seem to care about the operation. I checked up on the obligations they actually had to meet, and Kevin had far exceeded them.
