I answered my apartment intercom with a "hello?" after the second ring (not use to using my intercom's features) and they heard it and answered with a tiny hello then the intercom cut out, but when I came down, they already left, but it is holiday season, so I guess the rush is understandable. The afternoon worker(s) are kind of miserable. I guess if you're not there to pick up a delivery just go to a different post office like Alexandria or somewhere close to your workplace if you really don't like this particular branch.

Every time there is a huge queue. It is only open during office hours. Even when you assign someone to pick up your parcel over the app they don’t want to give the parcel if the person is not from the same address. It is being a pattern rainy days the delivery person send the package straight to the office without contact me when I’m al day at home. So frustrating!

Went today (Tuesday) to this post office around 2pm which is a good time to avoid long queues. All staff appeared friendly especially the lady with curly hair. Only open 9-5 Mon to Fri which is ridiculous for office workers, long, slow moving lines, and rude staff who don't do the literal bare minimum in customer service. The woman behind the desk was looking for my parcel for ages, then came back and told me I must have already collected it (I hadn't), then she finally found it, scanned it and stood there sullenly with the parcel and my licence on her side of the desk. I had to ask if I was good to grab the parcel and go, and she was like "yeah, yeah". How hard is it to go "here's your parcel, have a nice day"? Get a new job if you hate customers so much.

Lesson learnt: rather spend 1 hr waiting for your parcel than spending 10 min collecting here, cuz this would ruin your mood for the day. THINK BEFORE YOU HAVE A CHOICE! Highly unfriendly. Can't talk clearly and became obviously impatient when being asked to rephrase. Arrogant and unhelpful. Maybe they just don't really care about customer reviews or what.

I can’t believe this is the 4th time I came to the post office to do a passport interview for my newborn daughter. The staff are just hopeless!! Every time they found out one issue with the application form, they sent me back. When I fixed the issue and came back, they found another issue. I don't know why this place gets negative reviews! The people there are quick, they're in an area with tonnes of deliveries, so sometimes they get busy. There's nothing wrong with having to wait in a line for five minutes. It's a nice little post office and I like that the same people work there consistently, so they know me now. I feel like everyone is doing their best and doing a good job. It's a little, local post office. It should be appreciated for being a very good little, local post office.

It was my first time picking up my parcel in Australia, and the first impression was not so good, in comparison with Japan. The staff I met was not friendly at all, she behaved like I bother her. This never would happen in Japan. The good side is that she found my parcel quickly and gave a quick service. Another staff (standing beside her) seemed to be more friendly with other customers. Therefore, all in all, I put 3 stars for their service.

The staff was rude and we felt discriminated against because of our appearance and perhaps our race. One month ago when we arrived there were two different queues, we queued in one of them after 20 minutes waiting in line, the man at the counter spoke with a lady of the staff and after whispering among them they told us that we have to do the other queue, we asked why and they gave us no explanation, after going to the other queue we saw how they treated other people who were behind us. It seemed to us a lack of respect and all because that day we were in our work clothes or maybe because of our race, who knows. In conclusion I recommend avoiding going to this site at all costs, to be honest after 3.5 years of living in Australia it was my worst experience.

Been going there for over 7 years... most of the time it takes them forever to find your parcel. Surely there must be a better way of organizing the parcels instead of just frantically searching for them for 10 min on average. Lazy delivery guys make their life harder by not even attempting to deliver. In 50% of cases they just leave "we missed you" card...

I’m a regular here, I’m in almost every day for work. The staff are friendly and offer me great service, I feel like over the last year the business has outgrown the premises as every time I’m there the queue is huge and growing. There needs to be another person to handle parcel collections and leave the counters free for other customers, I feel this would speed things up for everyone. An express post drop would also help as many of us have nowhere to lodge the pre paid bags without leaving them on the counter.
