Best post office ever!!! I was served by a lovely lady who was extremely helpful. The post office was conveniently open at 8.30 and there’s lots of parking. If this is your local post office, you are so lucky!

I am definitely not one to post a bad review but I cannot believe my experience here. I had an item on hold and because I had to self isolate, I couldn't collect my parcel in time. My last day to collect this package was close of business today (12 Apr). I called AusPost to extend the hold, which they confirmed that they did contacted THIS Post Office to April 15. I had organised a family member to collect this and my package was already returned to sender. So not only was the hold NOT extended, but it was returned HOURS BEFORE my original last pick-up time. So hot tip from me: calling customer support doesn't actually do anything to hold a parcel, probably due to miscommunication. Now I still don't know if I'll get this package after calling 13 13 18. It's great.

Absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. They never attempt to deliver parcels. They simply send a message telling you to come pick them up. I waited at home all day for my parcel only to get a message saying it was waiting for collection when they never even attempted delivery. This has happened 4 times with this post office. Worst delivery service I have even experienced.

I went today in the Post Office shop and this older lady who is on the left side of the front counter is very grumpy and plainly RUDE! She needs to have further training on Customer Service skills. I wouldn't want to have any more dealings with her ever again in the future.

Very unfairly rated badly, this shop is amazing - nice and tiny, well organised and always clean! The staff are extremely friendly, know me by name as it is my local, and always greet and know I have packages or not! If you live in the are I highly recommend the shop for all your post needs! ps. At the end of the day you get what you put in every relationship - be nice and you get nice treatment!

Not open weekends, how is anyone who works full time intended to pick up their package without taking time of work? This should not be a pickup point for missed mail when the LPO in rouse hill shopping centre 2 blocks away is open Saturday's.

The best Post office I have ever been in. Friendliest staff in fact they treat me like I am family. Fast, Efficient and friendly. I have been going to this post office for about 10 years and have never once had a bad experience. I won't go to any other post office. I think some of these reviews are confusing this store with the one in the town centre as one of the photos are of the outside of the town centre branch.

This store is far better than the one at RHTC. Excellent customer service and are willing to do extra things to make sure their service is the best it can be. If they're off (which have never been for me) they may be having an off day, as we all do, but they always welcome me into the store. There's always something to talk about with them when you're waiting for the transaction to be complete, and waiting times are usually short as not as many people come here. Excellent overall!!

Visited the post office for the first time today and was taken aback by how unfriendly the older staff is. I didn't get to see this staff's name but she is really rude and hostile. My daughter was browsing an activity book and this staff immediately told her to put it down and stared at my daughter until she returned it to the shelf. Extremely unpleasant experience. Never coming back if I can help it.

This is by far the BEST post office! Always helpful and ready to assist! Warm welcoming smile from all the staff each day when you come in! I’m moving an hour out of the area yet keeping my PO BOX with them as I know I would never need to worry about my parcels. I have read the other reviews on here and am very disappointed to see the negative comments. I’m positive these comments refer to the other post office 5 min down the road also in Rouse Hill but in the town centre. The first photo on Googles search is the photo of the post office in the town centre hence where the confusion lays. There is NO possible way these comments would be justifiable to this amazing post office on Adelphi St in Rouse Hill.

I have found the staff to be very unhelpful even if there are no other customers. This is a shame because they're in a small shopping centre which is great to run into the best bakery and IGA for quick shopping so it's a shame because you have to go to a different Australia Post If want to get anything done.

Rude. I needed passports sorted they would not help. Shop was empty when walked in and empty when walked out. Two people on and i had all paper work sorted and correct and was all done online and i had a printed copy. No help at all i got my kids with me. Told me to make appointments for 4 days time. So i went to riverstone and they were busy BUT so helpful got photos done and that was with a busy shop no appointment needed. For me and 2 kids and even got my forklift licence sorted all with only half an hour before closing. RIVERSTONE LPO is so much better than this one.

I called and asked if I could do a passport renewal, I was told to come in. I was there 10mins later with two kids and although there was no one in the store they refused to do it! I had to put my baby and child back in the car and drive to Kellyville who not only did it straight away they were beyond helpful and accommodating. Appalling service! I’ll never go back there!
