Visited for the first time to open a PO Box and was helped by Jenny. Jenny is fantastic. Excellent customer experience. Professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. She put effort into helping me select the right box number/location. Jenny is a credit to Australia Post. Jenny's colleague, a man, was also very helpful, friendly and efficient. Free parking outside with spaces available, though the Post Office was moderately busy. (This is a refresh of an older review - I had technical problems on my Google Account which caused most of my reviews to disappear.)

Truly pathetic How can you fail to deliver a package and not even allow me pick it up from your office? Iā€™ve had international deliveries in the past that arrive within 2 days. Apparently I canā€™t pick up an express parcel 1km from my home for a MONTH. Consider employing delivery drivers who are intelligent enough to do their job, as well as some counter staff who are capable of basic communication. Something seriously needs to be done about this. Itā€™s not news that this place is awful, but maybe it should be. The media are always hungry for stories.

Even with a package that had ā€œURGENT MEDICINEā€ on it. Courier still didnā€™t ring the doorbell thatā€™s so loud my neighbours can hear it. After lots of back and forth with Aus Post AND Startrek I ended up having to walk to the office being 2 weeks post spinal surgery. Poor effort

Rude and agressive staff. All i did was ask for my parcel to pick up and the guy had so much to say about how i should give them more time next time and he knows i want my stuff. My reply was "it'd be good if the postman could actually deliver it, i was home." Then he told me to leave a review on the website!!?? How about you just do your job you entitled parcel boy. My package was there, he got it for me, keep your mouth shut next time.

Waited for parcel, nobody attempted delivery, they left at post office. At post office Paul intentionally misled me as to the ID requirements to pickup my package by denying Digital ID. Which I didnā€™t realise was listed as acceptable via the website. Then intentionally didnā€™t inform me he would close the post office early when I said I would go home to get my wallet, leading to me arriving at 5.12pm missing parcel collection by 12 minutes. Despite me having given minimal resistance to him being incorrect about the laws surrounding parcel pickup due to previous experience working with ID laws in a Bank. I felt this spitefulness by Paul was unjustified.

I had two international parcels to post - Christmas presents - and needed assistance to obtain the right box etc. The staff at Toowong Business Centre were amazing, extremely helpful. It was the end of long day and without their help I wouldn't have got my parcels packaged up and sent before they closed.

I had a delivery on Thursday they knocked the door and they just leave, not even 20 sec I delay in answering the door, then I went to pick it up and the guy ask for my ID, a lady pick a parcel just before me, without showing the ID and now just know I received a message saying that they delivered at my door, now I have to wait till Monday.disappointed!

Overseas parcel delivering to parcel locker. Locker had no space so they left it at the counter. Failed to notify through the usual means -- you get text messages for parcel locker deliveries. Received 0 notification (usually 3 cards for home deliveries or 3 messages) and parcel is being returned to sender overseas. Called for support, basically nothing they could do, no idea where the parcel is, refused to give any evidence or compensation for international shipping. Advised I should have checked online. I checked for the first 18 days for a 7 to 25 day delivery and it showed that it was in Sydney the whole time. Regardless, they must send me a text message for the delivery because THAT IS the service. Some staff at this place has been a bit short before, some staff has been nice the whole time. It's busy, people have their tempers. This is just plain incompetence.

I always receive the most friendly service from staff at both parcel pick-up and the main office. Parcel collection times are very convenient though I noticed it wasn't advertised so I have attached a pic. It is convenient to get to and decent onsite parking. The envelope dispenser machine outside is also a really good idea!

The staff there all appear to be unhappy and bound by antiquated processes where digital identification is not allowed to collect your parcel that can be ā€˜collected by anyoneā€™. No wonder Australia Post is a failing business run by government employees. Absolutely terrible and I will always try to use any other service than Australia post...

Utterly disgusting customer service. If i could give zero stars I would. Had to fill in some paperwork because it was not available on line and informed they donā€™t have a pen. Then treated like a sub human. Saw other people treated the same way. Lucky they have a monopoly otherwise I wouldnā€™t darken their doorstep.

From all the Australia Post offices I have ever been during 8 years in this country, this is by far the worse service. They treat you absolutely horribly! Although there are one or another polite employee, the majority are just disrespectful, unhelpful and aggressive like all they care is to get you out of their way as soon as possible. They also lose your parcels quite often.

I had an extremely terrible experience in the Toowong post store. The counter server was trying to force me to take the most expensive option for my consignment as she was super unwilling to reverse the transaction that she had already made. When the counter server was doing the second transaction for me, she definitely entered a different set of consignment parameters, therefore the price was much higher than when she showed me at first transaction! When I was at the counter, there was a counter server yelling at the customer and asking the customer to go to the other queue. How unreliable and ridiculous those Australia Post staff have been!

Great information and advice, but dare you say anything that might even remotely sound like uncertain language. Apparently saying "oh bummer" out of sympathy for something will warrant a "Such language!" from staff. Felt publicly humiliated by Australia Post staff.

Unprofessional! I spoke with the manager concerning major changes that are going to effect business customers price and product wise (which i am) in 7 days but still no details have been sent??? When shown a brochure that no one has seen, Contract customers included, i have spoken to some, they said prices would not change till i pointed out to them that their own brochure reflects a price increase. Because i was not a contract customer (I once was), I was told i would find out about new pricing and product changes on the day that it occurred. I mentioned this is ridiculous when you are trying to run an online business and orders arrive in on that day. My local Franchise post office was also not spoken well of. What kind of marketing / communications and customer service is happening here? In small business you would not have a business if this was the way things were done.
