I understand that everyone is in rush after work, tired and wanting to go home soon. But this is the second time that I’m coming and the Indian lady working at this post office chats the door on my face, without being the time to close, so rude her attitude. 😡 If I could choose all my delivery options, I’ll never ever choose this place. Or even if it’s time to close, be nice and polite!!!

In comparison to the Australia Post Office in South Yarra on Toorak Road, this one is amazing! I have never had to rush before they close, the staff have always been helpful and friendly and I haven't seen them yelling at children while taking passport photos! It is also conveniently located by a Tram 16 stop on Toorak Road.

Purchased a number of packages online and had them delivered to Parcel Collect. Waiting for delivery and no communication was coming My way despite AP having my mobile, email and a PO Box at same office l. Went to PO on several occasions to be told nothing has arrived. Waited for another week or so and went to PO with tracking numbers only to be told that they had returned items to sender. When questioning attendant L was not receiving a positive experience and it seemed to appear that the person thought it was my fault. I left and then proceeded to make a complaint to Head Office. To this date I still have not received my parcels and AP has still not provided me with an answer as to where they went wrong. I have received phone calls and emails but they do not provide me with an outcome as to why they sent my parcels back. Still out of pocket.
