The Asian staff was nice but some other staff are not that warm to me. However, they store more products than any other Post Office. She can shop for gifts easier here

This is by far the best post office I’ve ever been to. All staff are incredibly friendly and lovely, especially the boss ( I didn’t catch his name). I used to go to the one in Livingston which is very close to my house, but they are the worst and I promised myself to never go there again. 15 minute drive from my house is totally worth it. Thank you so much for your lovely service and a special thank you to the lady who helped me renew my passport yesterday (I didnt catch her name either). It had never been easier🥰

Be open on a Saturday even for a few hours or at least open until 6pm for one day during the week I dont want to have to take time out of work to drive 40km to collect mail.

What a refreshing post office this is. The team here is super friendly and will assist you with all your post office needs. Treat them with respect people coz they have a tough job. Good prices on lots of gifts, get your passport photos and application lodged here or post a parcel. Stationery, post packs, Anzac memorabilia....they've got lots to offer.

A well stocked Aus Post. But the only reason I’m leaving this review is for the staff. When I came through yesterday there was only one lady behind the counter, she was fantastic. Unlike 99% of Aus post staff to ever employed, she was inviting, professional, efficient and just generally happy to be there. Unfortunately I didn’t think to notice her name badge to give her proper recognition. But the customer service was 💯

I ordered a dress for New Years. I paid $15 extra to make sure I got it in time. The dress arrived at the post office on the 27th and I received an email telling me that it had been delivered but it was no where to be found. I went and spoke to the post office and basically said it wasn’t their issue and told me to call one of their partner businesses which wasn’t even open. I reviewed my dress today on the 2nd. Only 7 days late. Good one guys 😅

Have never had a good experience with this post office or their delivery drivers. Waited all day for a parcel to be delivered for them to not even knock, just left a sorry we missed you in the door. Not the first time either, no point paying for things to be posted when I have to drive down to the post office everytime anyway!
