Some staff are lovely but the two older ladies in there need to remove the stick from their behinds, re educate and learn some compassion. I go in there with my daughter, always with a smile on and often met with Sour looks and sharp tones whilst partner walks in with my daughter and has zero issue as they are as lovely as can be. I'm not a teen mother, I don't dress crazy, I'm polite and kind to service staff so lost as to what their issue with me is. It's uncomfortable and off putting. Been sent on a wild goose chase because they have no idea about their own policies. Had to travel to Canberra to go to the post office in the city with a 6 month old just to save our bacon. Whats the point of having these people employed if they can't do the job effectively or correctly? Unfortunately, will probably have to return at some point and they know that.

If I could put it lower than one star, I would. If you walk into this post office, and get served by a lady named Linda, RUN! she is nothing but rude, does not want to help and has no care for the customers. I hope Auspost realise this "lady" needs to be retrained in customer service and just common sense. never go there. do yourself a favour. 0/10

Staff in the post office are helpful but it's a bit tiring having to go there to collect an item that couldn't be delivered to an office with at least 20 people present because 'unable to gain access' or some other lame excuse
