Check reveiws before stepping inside this PO. Guy who is son of owner super rude but not as rude as mother. Needed a passport photo taken and they clearly have the screen pulled down right there. But he said we don't do them. When i said the AP website said they did he said " it also says we're open Saturday!" The worst attitudes and sevice ever, how these people run a business with no customer service or niceties is beyond comprehension!

Seemed friendly. But not impressed being handed a form in between the person sniffling and using a used paper tissue to manage her runny nose. Whether its covid, the flu or a cold, its not good hygiene practice. Bit unprofessional. Are they doing this while sorting the mail there!

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to get a passport taken at this place. I wasn't happy with the print and I was requesting for the young girl who took my photo to retake and reprint my photo. She said she would charge me another 16.99 AUD! The ID photo wasn't good quality and it wasn't even cut into ID sizes! I have to cut the 6 photo ids myself! Never go here for your passport photo!

Terrible customer service. The guy who was working there was just super rude. I came into the shop 10 min before it closed. I just had to get the address labels ready and pack 2 parcels properly. Tried my best to get it done before they closed at 5pm. At exactly 5pm the guy at the counter started to shut the security roller doors. I told him that I would be finished in 2 minutes. He said it was too late and they are closing right now. Anyway, he let me post one of the parcels but not the other because I had not written the address down just yet. He stared at me impatiently which made me feel pretty uncomfortable and obviously he hated his job and wanted to get it done with for the day. He could have waited literally 2 minutes and I would have been finished. That would have been good customer service but he was obviously only thinking about himself.

Every time i pick up a parcel at the post office at dfo they always miss place it and i have to wait. I always try to avoid going there if possible. They always stuff it up.

I have a package that has arrived but is saying its in transit at westcourt for pick up. Spoke to a lady on the phone that was extremely rude and not willing to help me at all with my enquiry. I was quiet shocked at her phone manner and ignorance!

The worst experience ever. A parcel arrived at the post office, because it was a tracked item. I have an email that shows its awaiting collection. I was told the post mistress put the item into a friends post box. Now I'm being told the guy there should never had said that. They are now saying the item never arrived. However they are the ones who registered it was in their office. I believe they have put the item into the wrong post box and now won't discuss it with me. Mind you it's a parcel that has to be signed for. Not put into a post box. The guy was rude and hung up the phone on me. - 10 for service
