I got a delivery paper today (Saturday) saying they tried to deliver my parcel. And I am to pick it up on Monday. I have tracking that shows it saying delivery is expected is on Monday to Wed. Now they expect me to pick it up instead. This does not make any sense. I am always at home on the week days.

Guy serving on the counter here has a very abrasive manner that seems hardly fitting for a position which entails dealing face to face with customers. He is curt and humourless to the point of outright rudeness.

I had a problem with my Load And Go which the trouble shooting line staff told me I needed to drive to Warwick to fix. Staff at Warwick fixed the problem over the phone as fast as possible. Very impressed

Postie can just be plain old lazy. The gate was left wide open, exterminator was here and apparently there was no safe place to drop off a parcel, however a parcel came last week when the gate was closed but they were able to jump the fence and place it on the veranda.... Unbelievable and inconsistent.

I wrote a letter to the brisbane post about the ramp for my scooter 4 wheeler I don't see why I have to shop outside in the cold and heat ple a se. If u don't want to do a nother maybe an agent. In the mall for our scooters would be the answer to the problem I waited nearly half to a quarter of an hour to. Get someone to come out and serve me. Geane Brown
