The lady who attends at the shop is the worst at customer service I ever have had here in Australia, complete rude and negating services that in the web page suggests are in this office.

Great Post Office which addresses everything you need. Unfortunately, the area which is lacking is customer service. After returning to the Post Office to sort out an issue 3 times, we had the privilege of receiving the worst customer service I have experienced. The Old man in front of us need a receipt to complete his task, and was rudely sent away without an apology. We where then called, went up to a desk, and the serving lady told us- "GO and stand in the other queue"(No pleasantries, No apology or sincerity). When we were being serviced by another lovely lady, the same rude woman yelled over desk (while serving her own customer) to correct her fellow employee. Previously, this behavior has reoccurred multiple times I have visited, and something need to be fixed. You would, undoubtedly, be given better service at McDonald's. The attitude towards customers needs to be changed.

Good service. Well laid out store. There is a desk with pens to fill out forms and envelopes etc.

Went to send some packages, Stuffed up when i didn't put tracking on a parcel because server helped me use a self service checkout they have there, It's not convenient by the way, it's not like going shopping for grocerys and using self service, Maybe let the person choose it for themselves and then they can ask for help when it's needed, Not good service or the right service imo.

Front door says open 9-12:30 on saturdays. However it was closed at 12:10. 4 people arrived at the same time to be disappointed it was closed.

Went to deliver a parcel today between their 9:00am - 12:30pm Saturday hours. Unfortunately when I arrived at 12:00pm it was dark inside and doors were locked. There were a few other people around that were also confused why they were closed. The worst part is they literally have a window that says they're open.
