An ignorant so and so.....behind the counter. Horrible person. I guess the reviews speak for themselves. Get out of the public domain love, its not for you!

Great experience renewing my passport at the Warragul Post Office. I first went in and was told thereād be a wait, so I chose to leave and come back later; however, before I left the lady serving me said, ālet me review your paperwork, in case something is not 100% correct, so itās not rejected.ā There was a problem with the printed document from home, which I was able to sort out at home - returned a little later in the day - a different lady served me, and had the photoās and documents finalised in less than 10 minutes. Iāve never had such a pleasant experience getting a passport renewed.

Rude and inconsistent. Thankfully not my local post office.

They're good here.

Worst customer service ever. Most of the team members need a proper training about the customer service. Most of them are rude not ready for help. Looks like they are in the wrong job

If I could leave no stars I would. This is without a doubt the WORST Australia Post shop I have ever been into. The staff have been rude, condescending and argumentative every single time I have had the misfortune of needing to use their service. They have absolutely no customer service skills and offer no assistance beyond taking your money in return for poor service. As a small business owner who relies on the postal service this is extremely disheartening. My suggestion is to avoid at all costs. I now travel to Drouin or Trafalgar if I need to go into a Post Office.

I have only ever had good experiences at the Warragul post office. Perhaps it may be really tough with COVID and the Christmas rush. I'm sorry others haven't had the respectful experiences I've had.
Alittlegreenrosetta - 2021-07-28
Absolutey horrible, rude, obnoxious, unhelpful and unpleasant staff to deal with every time I have to go in. Use a courier to your door if you can. It's well worth the extra cost.
Peter Johnson - 2021-12-03
No problem with staff but was absolutely shocked that a Christmas card to the UK was going to cost me $13 to post. I received cards from the UK twice the size and they cost Ā£2 to send. Shame on you Australia Post

Terribly rude staff, I use many different post offices frequently and this one the staff are always rude, brash and seem to try and make every process and service so much harder than it is at other post offices. Itās like they have a superiority complex which makes it so hard to go there. My girlfriend refuses to go there because she feels uncomfortable and hated so I go for her only to cop rude staff and difficult service for no particular reason.
Geoffr Gadsden - 2022-10-25
Friendly Staff

The staff is rude. Three times that I have had to use their service, they have never come across as to talk to me pleasantly. They almost sound like, they donāt want customers in there. I was sending a parcel using the prepaid satchel, the lady behind the counter stuck the label on the satchel, but, did not scan it in. She gave me a receipt with the tracking. I asked her, has the parcel been scanned in and can I track it - to that she came - I have given you a receipt havenāt I, thatās all you need to know - the tone was rude. Result, itās been three days and I still canāt track the parcel through the AusPost app - as it says we havenāt got your parcel or it has not been scanned. Just looking back the previous reviews, all sort of giving the same review on staff behaviour or poor service - AusPost please look into the service standard at the Warragul Post.

My complaint is not about this particular place but the Delivery Centre at Warragul, from where Posties collect the mail for delivery. Back in very early February, I made a purchase at the Royal Perth Mint, which I was told was scheduled for delivery vey shortly. Come the circa 08/02/2013, with no delivery having been made, I contacted the Mint, who apologised for the delay; blaming the Wuhan Virus for staff shortage. I was asked to check back with them on 12/02/21. Upon checking again on Friday 12/2, a polite gentleman informed me that they had on going Staff shortages, and assured me he would email the despatch centre and ask them to forward my item by Premium mail as soon as they could. In keeping with that promise; I received an email yesterday advising the item was on its way TO MY HOME ADDRESS via Star Trak Premium Post. I am glad Star Trak and Australia Post are not trying to survey the Universe as we don't have that much time on Earth. In keeping with the instructions from the Perth Mint, I stayed home all day yesterday and again today; waiting for the delivery. I am glad I wasn't asked to hold my breath. I attempted log into the Star Trek website to track my parcel (Perth asked me to wait 24 hours before attempting to track the parcel) and in accordance with the Perth Instructions I tried to log in. SORRY NO CIGAR. The system would not allow me to get in. I did the next best thing. I contacted Star Trak and spoke with a nice young chap who was very helpful I was advised that the parcel had been forwarded to Warragul; then to Morwell and then out to Drouin; to be delivered today. The young fellow could not understand why the computer system was reading that the parcel is to be delivered to the Drouin Post Office instead of my home address which is clearly marked on the package (All my mail comes to my home address). I then phoned the Drouin Post Office and explained my predicament. After asking for my details a pleasant lady stated that the Postie had just this very second dropped the parcel off at the Drouin Post Office; most likely as I wasn't home. I advised her not only have I been home for the past two days, my front door was also open. I further advised her that there was no notification from the Postie to say that he had called with a parcel for me, and I could pick it up from the Drouin Post Office. I advised the lady I would call in and pick it up. My comment to one LAZY POSTIE is this: "Thanks for making a cardiac patient with one active leg, to pack his Four Wheel Walker into the car and then drive into Drouin on a Hot Day; then struggle to get a parking spot to collect a parcel which YOU; POSTIE are paid to deliver. I will never again use the Perth Mint or Australia Post/Star Track ever again. The only reasonI have given you ONE STAR on the Ratings is because that system will not allow me to leave O stars.

Rudest staff that I have ever encountered at any Aus Post. Told that mail could not be redirected from warragul lifestyle villiage and that it was the village's responsibility to do it. WRONG. Was able to get it done online.

The staff need a pat on the back. This post office gets very busy and the staff are so friendly and never get frazzled. A great team of workers always willing to help
Amy Klomp - 2019-10-24
Worst experience guaranteed! Staff are rude. Wont help with sending parcels. Everytime I leave unhappy with how I am treated. Today waited at counter only to have someone else come from nowhere and push in.
Demetris Klados - 2016-12-09
Probably the nicest staff I've ever encountered anywhere before, very professional too. The male staff member helped me out today I forgot to say thank you I was too overwhelmed by the kindness I received.
Taz H - 2016-01-13
Face to face they're great. However don't bother calling the Australian post help line 131318. I was waiting for over an hour. Hung up.
Allen E. Thomas - 2018-01-07
The many parcels I receive are from overseas, generally early and in good condition. I recommend the service and the staff are very helpful.
Jocelyn Wighton - 2017-02-10
Every single parcel sent from this Post Office has been very late! We are tracking the latest one, it is in Queensland!! How does a parcel clearly addressed land up in Queensland when it's meant to be coming to South Australia???
Slartibart Fast - 2018-12-05
Had a frightening experience trying to process a passport application here. The staff member I dealt with (who was probably the manager, given the way the rest of the staff quivered in fear at her every move) was very rude and loud, clearly making an effort to ensure that everyone else in the store could hear her. When we eventually managed to get an alternative staff member to serve us, we even heard her making comments about us in the back room. To top it off, the initial passport application had to be re-done as the second staff member made a mistake when completing it. All of this turned what could have been a quick visit into a lengthy, difficult process. All in all an extremely disappointing experience.
