Bad customer service, tried to make a joke that’s not even fun. Useless service, never actually helpful, spent $200 to send something only to receive it back with no reason. Don’t use them, better use other logistics services.

Poor service my parcels are left all the time beside the door in bussy area they been stolen few times! Post box is just 2 meters away but postman its to lazy to fill pick up slip or even call to the door not even thinking to call my phone number witch is on each parcel!! Do your job properly guys or don't do it at all!!

The po box that I have leased keeps getting mail for prior leases. Beaks the lease with me. And breaks the law of giving me someone elses mail with out their concent. Yeah !!. Told them often. Hope they listened. Sick of going to city to pick up mail not for me.

I had excellent customer service at this Australia Post. I wanted to send a few postcards using pretty stamps for friends around the world who collect stamps and the fellow behind the counter went out of his way to find the best stamps for me. I notice that the workers at this Australia Post open additional counters when it gets busy, too. Thank you!

Terrible experience. Had to go there five times to pick up my parcel. Every time l went there they were asking for another document to proof my identity. Unprofessional staff and very unhelpful. Took me five visits and two days to finally collect it. Generous one star for the worst post office I have ever been to.

Unreliable and Incompetent. They can't even send you a copy of your photo by email. Their customer service via Facebook seems pretending to try,and of course they'll make you feel like you don't know how to check your email, or understand what do they mean when they said they are busy. I clearly said, the person who attended me can't be so busy to hit ''Send'' button. Yet, they'll make you think you don't know what Is Junk mail, lol. And yes, there's nothing In there too. With the super low quality of the photo, I think It's a waste on my 18$ . Shame on this Hay Street post staff.

Same problem as others, have to jump through ID hoops to pick up a parcel. Inconsistent ID requirements completely waste my time every time. If they were a legitimate business they wouldn't survive.

Needed to get a passport and WWC check processed here. Given incorrect or incomplete advice on multiple occasions about what documents I needed. Generally a hopeless post office, best to avoid.

Get an urgent reminder to pick up a parcel without having them leave a first slip. Now for the first time they have even sent a parcel back when posting an urgent reminder on the 28th and the parcel being posted back to the UK on the 29th. They have the nerve to tell me it doesn't happen but it's happened at least 5 times to just me.
