I was waiting for a parcel. Apparently we should have had notification that the delivery was attempted but we were not home. We did not. A card was left in our post box which for us was the first we receive. I went to collect the parcel 3 days later and found out that it was sent back to sender. The guy there was dismissive and uncooperative. Did not provide advice or guidance as to how I could retrieve the parcel.
