Excellent service from this post office. I live within walking distance and have a PO Box so have had a lot of interaction with management and staff. They are always friendly and helpful, and they've always provided excellent service. When reading the negative reviews, I can't help but believe those reviewers have confused post office locations when writing in. Kind regards ~

Customer relations could be alot better. Speaking to customers with informal statements like "What can I do for you mate" or "Yes mate" or using the word "Buddy" doesn't show a hell of a lot of respect when you're paying for a parcel that's bleeding me dry. Communication is key when respect is a two way street and not dead end road going nowhere.

4:55 we rang them no answer at 4:59 we arrive to pick up an nbn package for the next day very rude man said there was no way we were allowed in couldn’t believe someone could be so rude he literally pushed us out as we tried to walk in the door we live a 2 min walk from here I will never be going back.
