Extreamly disappointing, had some registered mail go missing with last check in from there location, refused to look for it even after calling Australia post and them telling us they have to look or at least check, refused to said 'oh it defently won't be here' was very rude less then impressed been supporting this local business for many years but when I needed them most wouldn't even give me the time of day, won't be returned and defently be sharing my experience with my friends of the community
