Dreadful Customer Service. Awful staff. Rough with parcels and letters. Expensive. Always extra costs for no reason. $5.00 just for birthday card stamp is rediculous! Avoid at all cost. Manager and staff have been caught stealing from customers. How they keep their jobs I have no idea. Swear and be demeaning to customers.
