I came in three times for photos, documents and a passport interview. I have a young son with Autism so long queues and processes can be extremely stressful. The staff there were so friendly and helpful with my son and I. I didn’t have a correct document for my passport at one point and they were really patient and understanding. Nathan, Luke and I think Sharon (sorry there was some noise on the last visit). Lovely people and made a trip to the type of place that can be notorious for bad service very pleasant.

The team at Redbank Plains post office went above and beyond to ensure our newborns passport photos were up to standard.. even though it caused them to stay back after hours just to get it right & get them done that day. We left overly satisfied. We can’t thank them enough for their patience and service!!

I witnessed extreme rudeness to the woman in front of me yesterday afternoon. We were kept waiting in the Newsagency line for quite a long time without any acknowledgment from staff to say that they won’t be long. When the staff member finally came she was very intolerant and very rude to this woman who had some difficulties expressing what she needed. The customer was visibly upset by how she was being spoken to. The staff member is s large woman with pink hair . She needs to be spoken to about her rude gruff manner as this isn’t the first time that I have witnessed such rudeness from her.

This LPO has a lovely bunch of people working there - I've never seen such a happy crew at any workplace. We came in at 3pm after school pickup for my daughters passport photos (aged 5) and the gentleman who served us was lovely and friendly, we couldn't keep up with his jokes! We thought it would be a super busy time and our experience rushed, but despite the many people coming in and out, we were treated with care & promptness. The other customers were also so nice and it seemed that everyone knew each other. Such a lovely and quaint experience, we're lucky this is our local post office!

Wants to charge for coin deposit into an ING bank account when organised properly into coin bags and notes. Maybe your branch should brush up on their knowledge about ING banking at Australia post. This morning my item was delievery in extremely poor weather, it was left on top of my mailbox in the pouring rain. It was a christmas present for my close friend, it was a notebook/ journal with a beautiful pisces cover. I'm very disappointed in the driver for my delivery and I'm really upset, it was my first time buying this book from ebay and it was destroyed because of someone's low care factor!😭 NOTHING STOPPED THEM FROM PUTTING IT IN A SAFE, DRY PLACE! NOTHING! Unfortunately the lowest rating is a one! I DO NOT and WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

Unless you are served by the young guy, be prepared for rudeness. The ladies that work here leave plenty to be desired on the customer service front, and always have. Disappointing, as always. Use another office.

We had an issue with Australia Post in Victoria but the staff at Redbank Plains were so lovely and understanding. They honestly take pride in their organisation and take complaints seriously. The staff took the time to give me the right contact details for complaints and offered me alternative options for mailing documents to prevent damage in future. The store is always clean and easy to navigate. All the staff are valuable assets to Aus Post especially Gaye the manager!!!

Worse customer service! A larger older woman served me, tried to quickly palm me off when I asked about posting dresses interstate & overseas using the 500g envelope bags that I usually use but could only be accessed from behind the counter via their staff at this store. Spoke to me condescendingly. I don't know if it's because no one in the area runs a online business but I will not be bringing my business to this post office again even though it's the closest one to me as I just moved into the area.

Need retraining on what boxes Australia Post have available, if I can get the boxes from raceview it kind of suggests the boxes are available and are not discontinued.
