Instead of leaving my "you have a parcel waiting at the post office" notice in my letterbox where I would easily find it, the postie apparently left it wedged in my front door ( the post office told me that is now the new procedure) where a gust of wind must have blown it under the house and I didn't find it until weeks later. So I've now lost the parcel, and the post office doesn't know where it is because the tracking number they wrote on the parcel notification was wrong anyway.. Wonderful !

Went to deliver some parcels, bought prepaid bags and the staff member said “you got a pen to write with?” I said no and she started to lecture me about how they don’t have pens at the tables anymore due to covid. The lovely lady being served beside me heard our conversation and offered me her pen which I took - big mistake! Employee then demanded I give the pen back to the lady (HER pen???) and lectured me about not sharing pens. Meanwhile we had been exchanging satchels and receipts throughout our interaction, which was somehow fine? After all of this she pulls out a box of clean pens from under the counter and offers me one??? All of that for what? Don’t know her name but avoid the older lady with white hair at Raceview LPO, she’s on a power trip.

Never going back to this place. Went in for passport photo service and got a picture with eyes half closed.My daughter'picure was also not correct.Fortunately went to another centre for submitting application and both photos was retaken. Employ some staff which are not above retirement age with clear brain and eyes.Money and time wasted.Never go to this place.

It’s annoying how everything still requires a physical form of I.D The workers are elderly so expect everything the old fashion way! Update the system standards. I don’t carry my lease, cards, concessions or I.D physicallly anymore, only digitally stored in my phone (not accepted). Save the planet & go paperless! Introduce better concepts on retrieving parcels digitally.

Strange place with strange staff. Walls are covered with unfunny jokes and witless quotes like "If Johnny cracked corn and nobody cared why did they write a song about it." Very unprofessional/ Tried to collect a parcel for my daughter and after taking ages to find it asked me for ID then said suspiciously "This isn't you." I explained I was collecting it for my daughter and she was very suspicious and hostile. I had the red notice to collect it with the same address as my drivers license but she just became more and more hostile. I told her my daughter worked and she said they were open Sat mornings. I understand they need to be careful handing over parcels but I don't understand the suspicion, hostility and paranoia. She looked like she should have retired years ago and so do the rest of the staff there. Another customer who witnessed the exchange came up to me outside and said they were very strict about IDs and collecting parcels but agreed they should have retired ages ago.

Gentleman lovely, one of the ladies extremely rude to me this morning after telling me I couldn't use a certain postage bag that the other post office gentleman had recommended to me. Pretty much called me a liar and said he would never recommend that, when I have used that postage bag numerous times for the same items with no one saying anything.

I’m going to make an offical complaint about this post office I’ve been in hospital for 2 weeks and they know that I’ve called them and told them my mother is needing to collect my parcels I’ve given them everything they’ve asked for except every time she goes they reject her and tell her they need something else more from her when she has my bank cards my ID everything!!!! Even my parcel collection email!! This service is DISGUSTING especially for me and my son in hospital to be treated this way when all of my parcels get delivered there!!!!! I can’t wait to make an official complaint and wait for me to get out of hospital I will be telling them what for when I get out!!!!! Needs to be shut down!! YOU CANT EVEN CALL THEM IT SAYS USER BUSY EVERY TIME!!! Oh and not to mention the time they take to find one parcel is ridiculous. They need better staff.

Auspost is enquiring in my lost parcel so the next day raceview tries to mark it as not collected and returning to sender. Item was tracked as is transit nearly 3 weeks ago. Clearly trying to cover their arses.
