Had multiple issues submitting my daughters passport documents. The staff werenât very friendly and I felt awkward every time I returned. On the website it mentions to come instore and one of our friendly staff will be able to help but only one of the staff members were helpful but I forget his nameâŚapologies. I ended up taking my documents to Epping and they submitted my passport and it was returned within a couple of weeks.

Took passport photos a while back for my child here. Came back with my documents ready to lodge an application, the lady said the photo isnât acceptable because she has a hair clip on. Even had the audacity to tell me that the photo surely wasnât taken at their office? How about owning your mistake and train your staff to do a better job. I remember the exact spot she was asked to stand for the photo. She even had to stand on a very unstable stool, which a 2 year old could have easily fallen off and injured herself if I wasnât there to hold her. Such unprofessional staff.

Only open weekdays 9am-5pm and close on weekend, sometimes also close during lunch time. What's the point? As I don't work locally, I will never be able to get my parcel unless I take a time off work to go to this post office during work hour which is extremely inconvenient. I'm not convinced by the way this essential service operate. Had poor experience with 24/7 parcel locker as well. Reservoir Post please open an hour earlier or close an hour later so people can get a chance to collect their parcels. How about open 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm at certain days?

I went to the this post office in Reservoir to lodge a passport application form for my kid. I was served by an Australian woman with an unwelcome attitude. She seems to have no understanding of the procedure required to obtain a passport and is very strict and dangerous. First of all, she ask me provide my passport eventhought I show her my son citizenship certificate. And then she said that She could not process because my Grarantor has recorded that the time to know my child is less than 11 months because she need 2 days more to enough 11 months. However, this is not important as my baby is under 12 months old. And she refused to serve and invited me come back to work 3 days later. Then I went to another post office and was served and explained clearly because that information is not important because my baby is under 12 months. Just wasting your time and getting bad attitude when you are looking for the service from this post office.

Their 9-5 business hours Mon to Fri and closed on weekends makes it impossible for me to pick up redirected post without taking time off work. AusPost do not allow you to preference another post office for redirection. A community critical service needs to have a couple hours open on a Sat.

Had a bad experience with very rude and unaccommodating staff there that just did NOT want to do their job. Brought in some StarTrack boxes to mail out and 3 staff members kept trying to convince me to deal direct with StarTrack even though they are meant to accommodate StarTrack items via Australia post. They just could not be bothered with the larger boxes. So lazyâŚwhat are they getting paid for ??. Going to Gellibrand post office instead from now on. Gellibrand staff were so friendly and helpful with the same request that Reservoir staff didnât want to deal with.

Brought a few parcels to post interstate after the Xmas rush; went in the morning and was happy to see that hardly anyone was in there, so I could go straight to the lady and get her to mail the parcels. Unfortunately, as nice as this lady was, the process to actually send my parcels as registered seemed a bit of a daunting task, needing a co-worker's help to do so. All up it wasn't a bad experience, just an average one, hence the score. I'm sure that sort of thing won't happen again if I go, but I'll be more careful in weighing up which AusPost outlet I go to if I need to do the same thing in the future.

Incompetent People And Bad Service. Had to get paperwork and identity confirmed and you would think they would tell you what they needed but had to go back several times and then didn't get that I was married and had a different name hence bringing in the marriage certificate. Same post office that stuffed up 6 months of redirection. No idea of customer service and don't offer a service if you don't know how to provide the service. Get much better service from your smaller local post office.

Pretty disappointed with this post office. I had to get my passport urgently so I made a priority application to get it quickly, and sent it to the post office address. Once I had confirmation it had been sent from the Australian passport office, I went in a couple of days after it had been sent, no luck. I came in again a week and a half after they sent it and apparently, still no luck. I needed this passport quickly for a reason and no one had any idea how to help me find it. I found it strange that it hadn't arrived after a week and a half so I had to call up the passport office, wait on hold for half an hour and speak to someone that was very helpful who gave me a tracking number to let me know that the passport had been there since the day after they sent it. I'm pretty shocked to see this is how something of high importance is handled, and that the staff didn't really bother to even look properly, twice. If you have something that is time sensitive and important, I would recommend a more reliable post office that you know will put in more effort.

I've got a back injury and can hardly stand for too long. My daughter passed away overseas and tried to do my passport application on three ocasions. First they turned me around for not having an appointment, second time for wrong piture shade that they took for me in the post office, and the third time a light pen ink. I really had enough and in despair, screw the immigration bureaucracy and this particular post office for poorly training their staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to collect a package on Saturday, it was a birthday present from my dad so I was pretty excited. I got to the front of the line and they told me that someone had already collected it. Strange. This was my first visit to the post office, so I was very confused. They asked if I knew an 'S. Bourke' who apparently signed for my package. I don't. 'Have you been here today?', again, 'no'. 'Oh well we can give you our hotline number to call so that you can ask for the CCTV footage so we can see who took it'. WTAF. I should also mention that there was no apology by this point either. I then said to the woman 'shouldn't one of you be calling your hotline or manager to sort this out, seeings it was you who gave my package to someone else?' she looked at me like I was speaking Cantonese and instead took my details for her manager to call me on Monday. So, let's see if that happens. How they even managed to give a box bigger than a slab of beer to the wrong person is absolutely beyond me. Their main job is literally to crosscheck names and ID. What an absolute sh*tshow. Would not recommend.

I got there at 4:57 to pick up a package the doors were already closed I went back to the car to get my mother and the manager refused to open the door and said I rocked up after 5:00 because when he came to the door it was 5:00 on the dot and he tried telling me that I came after 5:00 and weâre closed worst post office Iâve ever been to they close their doors ealry and try and tell you youâve come after hours I have never seen such descraceful behaviour from an Australia post worker let alone a manager he even sat there and argued if I could rate it less than 1 star i definantly would!!!!!
