Opening hours not accurate. Currently states open till 5pm on a Saturday. Arrived at 1pm to a sign printed open until 12pm Saturdays. Please update your opening hours on Google so it’s accurate for your customers.

This post office is run by the most incompetent & zero care factor type people! Multiple hiccups over a period of time. I wish I could organise my parcels to be delivered to my choice of post office when absent, eg. nearby summer hill PO where customer service is top notch by comparison. This place is the worst! I dread walking in there!!

The AusPost delivery services in this area are abysmal. So bad that I now avoid buying products that are delivered by AusPost. I received an "urgent reminder" to pick up 2 parcels. What parcels? I'm always home and no-one has tried to deliver anything nor left a "parcel for collection" notice in my letter box. My last delivery of computer parts was delivered to another address. I only found out because the sender sent me an email saying that it had been delivered. I suspect that the delivery drivers can't read. It is worse than not having a service. Bills often arrive after the due date, Magazine subs go missing. One package worth $1000 was supposedly returned because I hadn't picked it up. Again I was home on the supposed delivery day and no notice was left in the mailbox. Returned or knocked off as AusPost said they didn't have a record of it.

Always always always lose my parcels. I’ve had text messages in the past saying to come collect my parcel so will go (after 4pm like the message says) get there and the owner walks around and around with my ID trying to find my parcel. Then sends me away saying he can’t find it. I get home, get a text message saying he’s found it and to come back. This has happened multiple times. Also very rude. Starting to get my parcels delivered to a box.

I've been going here for years to send packages and have always found them to be great; so much easier than the HQ PO on High Street. They're not super friendly but also not unfriendly, just doing their jobs and doing it well.

I have never had any major issues at this place with the 2 males that have worked there, they have both been all fine. Today I was returning a parcel and was told by a lady I have to tape the parcel myself, I asked if it had anything to do with Covid but she said no I can buy tape or buy their package and she will tape it up. I asked again if this was correct as they have done this for me before and the store requires me to return the parcel in the original parcel. She confirmed she wouldn’t do it for me so i pointed to the tape and asked if i could use their tape and do it myself and she said no that is ours. I left as she was very rude and it felt like she was just saying no, just to say no!

Absolute worst customer service ever. Watched as they tried to argue with someone that their parcel wasn't there(it was). Then had them step away every 5 seconds in the middle of my transaction to serve people buying tatts tickets. Completely taken aback by how rude and unknowledgeable they are. Just moved into the area but will travel a bit further to another post office for anything I need.

THE OLD ASIAN MAN IS VERY SLY AND CUNNING.. I kept getting my parcels delivered here while I lived nexr to the summerhill post office and asked the Asian guy if I could change my parc e l pick up address.. HE SAID IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE PICK UP ADDRESS I searched online and was able to change pick up address.. I went back today to collect another package , as a package arrived last week, in this past week, I have been there 3 times, using the same id however today, the old Chinese creep, asked for something with my address as the address on my 18 plus card was my parents.. The address on my passport was also my parents.. I gave out my Medicare card, eftpos card, visa card etc etc, however the Dirty man with Binjuice breath refused to give my package.. People come to Australia with mainland China mentality, forgetting this is Australia..

I go there all the time, they're really nice, professional, friendly, get the job done. Never had a problem. Ps. Love how all the negative reviews mention that the owners are Asian. If you're not a racist, I'm sure you'll be fine with this local post office.

The staff here are surly . They are very unhelpful and unapologetic when tending to the matter. He doesn’t know his work ethics and customer service... He has the worst attitude and doesn’t want to help the customers.. Such people should never work at places like these. When you work at a post office you need to have a lot of dedication, positive attitude and an helping nature.I would give a zero for their service.

Beware! This post office will scam you if you are using eftpos, instead of doing a normally eftpos transaction they will withdraw the amount owing out of your account and charge you $2.80 surcharge and it’ll show up as a ‘cash withdrawal’. I released this after noticing my receipt had my current bank balance on it.

Sullen girl at counter who ignores customers except when taking money from customers. Owner borders on the unfriendly but is ok to some extent. Gets the job done. Pretty negative place. Wouldn't go there unless I have to.

I have used this Post Office several times. All of the staff I have dealt with have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient; unlike my experiences at one of the other local post offices.

I had been going there for many years but since the Asian guy Harry has taken over it is terrible service, the one lady who was always helpful & knew her job thoroughly has been replaced with another female who is hopeless & very rude, makes too many mistakes & over charges & doesn't enter the right information for recipt & with no apology when you question it & won't change it. I won't be going there again even though it was closest PO to me!!

Went to collect a parcel , told can`t read the tracking # left by the postman due to his bad handwriting so can`t give us our parcel. Told them its not our fault and just got a blank face. Wasted our time and had to call Auspost to get the tracking #

I used the postal service twice and both times had problems. There is always one sales women who is more understanding and genuinely helpful and an Asian looking guy, who must be the owner, who lacks basic communication and customer service skills.

I've been here a few times and almost each time it was quite pathetic. And its mostly due to the Asian guy who I think owns the store. Won't be visiting there any more! I'd rather drive a few Ks further down for the next Postal store.

Poor Customer service and seems like the owner doesn't want to help a customer at all. Make sure that you inform any companies not to redirect your parcels into this post office, if you can't treat your customers professionally..you shouldn't be in the business
