I sat at home waiting for my parcel to be delivered all day even told work I couldn't come in just to make sure I got my parcel as its a Christmas present for my partner and I wanted to wrap it before my partner came home. The delivery driver never even nocked or anything. Just left a collect it note in my mailbox with a notification on my phone saying "we tried to deliver your parcel but you weren't home". I've been sitting at home all day just to get this parcel and the delivery driver couldn't even be bother to nock. I went to pick it up and was told to come back tomorrow but when I told the guy I'm working tomorrow he just said we'll you can probably come in before work. So frustrating to say the least and the lack of customer service doesn't help at all.

Bruce (the owner) is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! UPDATE - Bruce has retired 😭and the post office is now located in the Telarah IGA. Still easy access though.

Absolutely the rudest person you could ever speak to, he hung up on me and denied my package was there, didn’t even bother looking, just said it’s not here! I said do you want the tracking number? I doubt he even took it down, showed no consideration whatsoever to the fact l stated this item is a once off personally designed article. The sender posted it from Telarah Post Office and it hasn’t even moved past processing since 27th July 2020, it’s now 25th August 2020. One might expect that given the time of it sitting in the one location the staff would show a little more concern. Tracking number TMP4008300407000428122099 I wasn’t even asked for my contact number so they could have a good search and call me back, l had to ask him to take my number and call me. Atrocious! God help anyone posting or receiving any postage from this location! I guarantee the positive feedback on here is either him or one of his friends, certainly not a real customer that’s for sure! Before he hung up on me a l was told he would call me back when he feels like it, l was in the middle of asking if that would be today and he just slammed the phone down in my ear. I naturally called back to ask by what time l should expect a call? He said when l get around to it, l asked would that be today? He said yes. I will update this post with what happens. Time now is 9:43am 25th August 2020 Well as l expected the rude man never bothered to phone me back! He never bothered to search! Don’t take your postal orders there because they probably steal them! . .

Grumpy, rude and disrespectful. Terrible customer service. Huffs and puffs just because he had to scan some parcels in to the system that I had already prepaid online so it was a matter of scan and print receipt. Then still managed to stuff up and miss once parcel. Lucky I questioned this or my parcel probably would of went walk about. Hopefully he actually make sure these parcels are collected God knows what sort of post office he thinks he is running won’t ever be going back terrible owner and businessman😡My parcels better actually arrive at the location!

Owner has all the time in the world to talk to those he knows while you stand in line for 10 minutes for a 5 second purchase, and you walked in before the second friend of his! I"ll wait my place where appropriate but some people have places to be and things to do!

The guy that runs this business is incredibly rude. Every time we need to visit it feels like it is an effort for him to even do the simplest of tasks. If you are having a bad day don't take it out on customers. Customer service here is non-existent!

Great service from friendly staff. Opens early so I get my daily papers on my way to work. And and excellent home delivery service for my weekend papers. Also I can pay my bills at the in store post office.
