You guys are by far the most insensitive rude post office I have ever been too I am 3hrs away staying with my sick mother and you are refusing my husband to pick up a parcel that I had for collection for father's Day I have sent photos and screenshots of identity I have called and all you say is you won't hand it over you are a joke I will been coming in and speaking to the workers on Monday thanks a lot for taking me away from my sick mum and ruining my husband first father's Day. Useless people!!!!
