The store clerks are friendly and efficient. The SMS system for pick-up/collect is usually accurate and prompt. Overall, a nice little post office adequate for your needs.

literally worst post office in NSW. Should've known that all family owned/independent post office would have such a low quality of service. The lady was useless and couldn't locate a single parcel, had no idea what she was doing and provided misleading and incorrect information. Definitely would not recommend, and I feel sorry for you if your parcel gets handed to these clowns

The staffs are very rude, wont look for parcels, our parcels gets returned to the seller and they the Lpo often never sends out cards for pick up or even check if we request to check.very unprofessional

Poorest customer service. Received a parcel notice and went in to get it but the staff said to me “there was no postage on it so it was mailed back to the sender” even when the person who sent it (my friend) paid at the front hence processing the parcel the correct way. When I asked my friend if she got a return parcel she said no even though she left a return address and phone number. Not the first time this has happened. Staff are impolite and impatient giving the vibe that they don’t care about customers or their mail/parcels.
