My parcels don’t even get attempted to be delivered, I stay home all day to wait for a parcel and then I get a notification saying that they attempted to deliver and then I have to pick it up from this post office.. absolutely ridiculous Not attempts at all to deliver, but they leave a card.. makes zero sense. Ladies here are grumpy and give off some really bad attitude, even when spoken to in a happy, chirpy manner. Get your post delivered to Westfields post office

Deserves zero star! They lost my parcel twice in a row. First one was immediately found as soon as a raised a complaint. Second one is still missing. I bet someone at the store are stealing the parcels.

Horrible service time and time again, including deliveries not even being attempted, no slips left and mail returned to senders, mail lost on trucks and being talked down to about receiving too many parcels...as if that isn't their literally job. Got verbally abused because one parcel had my name misspelt on it so they stored it in a different area and couldnt find it - even though they had the slip with the name on it as it appeared on the parcel - as though I was responsible for their inadequate filing system and inability to locatw it. When I countered it was a birthday present and I didn't address the parcel to myself and they should be aware not everything is online shopping and not to judge people for what they don't know about, I was met by eye rolls and huffs. Incredibly passive aggressive. Plus, no hours on a Saturday makes it near impossible to pick up parcels when you work FT in the city and the morning parcel collection can be slow or leave you empty handed as they can't understand the filing system on their end either. I wish my mail went to another post office. I go out of my way to send any mail through the Plaza post office because they staff there are LOVELY.

I picked up parcels this morning and was greeted by a staff member named Steph. She literally defines customer service. She was helpful, friendly and went out of her way to help me. I was so impressed that she deserves a positive review all of her own.

Do not waste your time. They just dont want to assist you with passport renewal because its too much work for the staff. Terrible customer service lazy staff. Specifically do not go for passport renewal. Do yourself a favour and go to westfield mall PO.

Absolutely useless leave packages at my building worth $1000 but everytime I order something worth like $10 they say unsafe to leave what a joke... As stated to auspost I leave my mailbox open to receive packages yet they leave the collection card on top of the mailboxes, so clearly don't read delivery notes and don't even check the mailbox is open, last package I had to go collect could have fit 40 of them in the mailbox but didn't even try... The worst part is they leave other peopls deliverys on top of the mailboxes and that is apparently safe but not to leave mine?

The ladies who man the early morning collections window at the back are lovely. The rest of the staff are rude and incompetent, they wouldn't know what customer service is if it hit them in the face.

Quite often there will be a short wait, however they responsive to any queues, hence five minutes is about the average wait. The staff I find helpful and quick. Where they are unable to supply an item they are only to happy to help with the name of somewhere that are able to supply.

Came 3 times to collect a parcel since November but each time they said my parcel wasn't there. Came on the 10th December for them to tell me they returned my parcel on the 8th December because I didn't collect it in time. Far out. Too much effort to collect things from them.

I received a dodgy email purporting to be for Parcel Collection, giving a link to open "collection receipts" - a phishing scam. Called Auspost and spoke to an awesome customer service lady who checked it all out in five minutes and reported that it was a known scam on Yahoo email addresses. She was awesome. Really nice and efficient.

If only i could give zero stars. Customer service is extremly bad. Ladies are very rude, full of racist attitude. Nobody will help or cooperate. But everybody is trying to look like a smart arse. Very disappointed. What us the problem in this post office will be absolutely fine in another one. Dont waste your time with these ladies who are working there- u will get only bad mood because of so much attitude - just go to as nother post office straight away. No customer service skills ...

September 2019: update the Manager of this post office is extremely unprofessional and abusive. I will never set foot in this branch again. She abused me verbally for having too many parcels and held two fingers up to her temple and mocked shooting herself in the head. Who does that? Very strange behaviour.

So paid $7 to send EXPRESS POST LETTER to the ATO postage box there ..1 week and the letter is still waiting to be collected I assumed the post office notified when IMPORTANT MAIL E.G. Registered, Express mail arrived and so it could be collected .... Pay EXPRESS FOR NOTHING SHOULD OF JUST PUT A $1 STAMP ON IT

Disgusted at the service at this post office. My parcel was ONE GRAM over 500g and she would not it go as a 500g parcel!!!!! Had to take something out to make it less than 500g. RIDICULOUS!!!!
