Poor customer service by the staff. Have tried twice to submit passport application for child but application is not accepted. They should advise about all the issues in the application at one visit and not that every time book an appointment with them they find a new issue in the application. Hard to apply for passport, forget about when they process and deliver. The passport application staff need to be given more training by AusPost.

This is the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. They don't even deliver your parcels and they don't leave you a notification that the parcel is waiting at the post office. I had one parcel I was waiting for being sent back to the US and another that didn't arrive. Now I'm waiting on another and I just got some tracking advice and it's been sitting at the post office since July 14th waiting for me to pick it up. Now I have to take time off work to go pick it up. I will see if they have lost it like they have done with other parcels when I get there. Truly a mark against Australia Post for letting this happen.

It is so so......bad experience service from this post. If you can, pls do not choose this one. I have a parcel delivered on this Thursday and the mail address is my office, I worked all day in my office and the door is open all day, they told me fail to deliver. And what is worth, they didnā€™t tell me to collect my parcel by myself and just resend my parcel to the sender on Friday. Shocked!!!!! When I contacted the post service and they just told me the post made a mistake and didnā€™t give me any solution. My product on my parcel is out of stock. Now I am frustrating and so bad bad experience. Donā€™t choose this post service if you can.

I went to collect a package at the 117 main street address, waited a long time in the queue only to be told that package collection was not from the shop but out the back of the building. The woman berated me,asked me how long had I been in Pakenham to that I should have gone to the rear collection point. I was really annoyed about being treated like that and I believe that the card advising of the post office address should show "collection at rear", not just 117 Main street, Pakenham.

Considering the volume of letters and parcels , yes I had to wait to be served but they did an excellent job. Maybe the fault lies with the van drivers ( sub contractors). If they deliver the parcel properly maybe the post office won't be under the pump as much. Congrats staff well done dec 2021.

This place is awful. The line to collect parcels going out to the road. Which is rediculouse and unsafe. A better system is needed. The line was rediculousely long even before covid. No one has time to stand in a line for 30/40 minutes.

No customer service or understanding at all. You would think during this time staff might be more inclined to want to help people. Not here.

Its very worrying because its coming into Christmas and parcels should go missing or made out like they are being attempted delivery. I recently moved to Pakenham and have noticed that some of my parcels are going missing or delivering to the wrong address.. I am getting my neighbor's parcels and I have to find time to deliver them as a post man. It is very irresponsible of them. I don't want to have to choose a parcel locker or collect parcels when they should be doing their job for their customers properly! Why do I need to bother! I am really disappointed with the Pakenham Post office! They need to find someone who can read addresses! They seriously need to perform an eye examination before hiring!

This has primarily been due to the level of service provided and not the outcome. Luckily enough I work near another branch and will be able to go through them instead.

Tried to use this post office many times for our business. No service, the self serve machines require a staff member anyways, which they do NOT ATTEND until the have served every possible person in the shop, and even then begrudgingly. Never had a nice experience, much more worth the small drive to nar nar goon, the staff there are more than happy to help.

I find the staff friendly and helpful in store, but inconsistent regarding parcels. Sometimes they're delivered. Sometimes not. Sometimes you need ID. Sometimes not. Sometimes they want the parcel thing they deliver to the mailbox. Sometimes I get a text message. Who knows. I heard they write out 'sorry we missed you're cards before leaving the office too! Also, the staff are often bitching about each other and bickering out back. Looks bad, guys. Small store, don't go in expecting to find more than just basic post requirements and a few gifts.

Honestly, lovely staff, absolutely lovely.... but probably the slowest workers Iā€™ve ever met or seen. I mean like sower than a turtle running a race on a course made of clag childrenā€™s glue. And talk about confusion, as an example Iā€™ve been going here for over 10 years and the queue is always a massive and thereā€™s always a staff member confused about something. This week they put a sign up that says ā€œparcel window temporarily closed, please go to 101 Main Street for parcel collectionā€, I go there and wait 24minutes in queue to be told, ā€œsorry, parcels from the p.o.boxes can only be collected at the main buildingā€... then why not put that on the original sign knowing you already have ridiculous queue everyday. Today Iā€™m officially done, I have five p.o.boxes for different companies I own and this nightmare has to end Im moving these boxes back to Beaconsfield post office itā€™s just a lot more efficient, more than Officer as well. Updateā€¦ Months later got a parcel delivered here by accidentā€¦ still the slowest parcel pickup centre in the south east suburbsā€¦.
