I visited here to pick a parcel up that was carded in my mail box, not realising the pick up times, so came back the following morning & was greeted by a lady that was very pleasant, helpful & cheerful 😊 I know Australia post get alot of flack, but i knew these guy's were extremely busy as there were 3 people in front of me & a cpl of people behind me, they are always happy & helpful, both here & the post office! Top mark's guy's keep up the good work, you're doing a fantastic job!!!

Was given the wrong pickup address on my card and then was told DC was open 8-2pm from pakenham post office, so by the time i could actually go pick up my package (saturday) i go and find that DC is not open. How am i supposed to pick up my parcel if this place is only open week days during work hours... some people have jobs. Have now wasted 2 trips trying to get this package.. just leave it at my door as was requested.
