I have lived around this neighbourhood since 2008. I was really grateful when this post office opened as the mail man never delivered parcels to my house so it's wonderful that I don't have to drive to Grand Plaza from Munruben to pick up my parcels. However the new hours starting 09/01/2023 is really bad for me. There is no way that I can arrive here to pick up my parcel before 5pm. However the staff are great, always polite, professional and helpful.

WORST WORST WORST service ever… should have given -5 if there was an option. We went there for the passport photos and got declined by the passport office as there was a shadow on the photo. We went there to fix the photos. Take new ones according to the passport office requirements or give us refund. They simply said NO to us as it’s kids photo and if they moved during the photo it is not their fault. Also, the way a staff member probably in her 50’s needs to be sacked as she was so rude to us and the customer behind us and behind that customer. Please avoid this place as we never had such a bad experience. It’s not about $20 which we spent there. It’s just they do not want to solve the issue also costed us more to reapply for the passport. I never put any comments or reviews but could not stop myself about this business. Again, please please avoid this toxic place…🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I am really upset. I have a spectrum disorder and sometimes need extra time to communicate. I was sending a package off to Perth and one down to Taree. The lady snatched the package I was sending to Perth and just said "$24 thanks" and made me pay. I asked if there was some fragile stickers as there are ceramics in the box and she said "we dont do that here. You better have packed them good" then went to palm me off but I still had another package. It was something I needed help with as I didn't know what type of packaging to put it in and I was overwhelmed by all the different types and just wanted someone to take a second to help me as I get overwhelmed and she just said "packaging is over there on the wall. pack it and get back in line" I can't process things like other people can and I left feeling left behind. I know you can't see my disability but if someone had just given me the time of day to understand. I ended up sending the package off to Taree and it turns out I did get the wrong packaging but staff has no problem in charging me a further $16 for the small package.

I visited your Park Ridge office on Thursday the 10th of November roughly around 9am and I was served by Carol. I was there to pick up a package. When I arrived I realised I didn’t have my in date drivers license, however I did have my expired one on me. I tried to explain that to Carol and she rudely rolled her eyes at me and abruptly asked if I had any photo ID. I was so taken back by her tone towards me I stuttered answering her questions and she kept just barking at me which just flustered me even more. While I was waiting in line I over heard her talking to a customer saying that she was having a terrible start to the morning and that she wishes it was 5:30pm already. I understand she may of been having a rough morning but she didn’t need to take it out on me. I had my 9 month old baby with me who is teething and getting over a virus. I had a really rough night with him and getting out of the house to go to the post office took a lot. I didn’t deserve her rude and abrasive attitude. Carol doesn’t know what the person she is serving is going through so I suggest she reconsiders working in customer service if she can’t control her emotions.

Worst customer service by two female staff members. Totally ignored and also told that we only accept cash and after i bring cash from outside ATM with paying extra $2.80 only to be told that eftpos now working Was there for photographs of myself and my daughter the lady was so rude and unprofessional. She took more than 30 minutes just for photos coz they both were busy talking . Worst post service ever.

Legit hate when I have to go to post office to pick up parcels. I've never had one good experience here. They talk to people at the back door instead of serving while there's another staff member doing paperwork near you knowing clearly you're the only one in there waiting to be served and does nothing, then another customer comes through and they serve them first while I waited for a long time. And then other times there's just no " hi how are you" no smiles, customer skills are just not there. Bad vibes. Always walk away feeling highly disrespected.

Went there to post something to Canada. Forgot to grab a receipt with tracking . Rhonda sent me in the mail my receipt and tracking number without even asking or anything. Completely grateful. Amazing and friendly staff

I'm here every week sending out anywhere between 5-50 parcels, and the staff here are always super friendly and helpful, i'm really fussy so probably a somewhat difficult custmomer but they have never made me feel like it! Wish i could remember their names but have only ever had positive experience here.

This place is just great to go to get good postal service. Every time I've been they are only too glad to help you get the correct packing materials for what you are sending and keeping the costs as low as possible. Last parcel I sent to Sydney was posted in the late afternoon, arrived next day by 11am. We have a great postal service, generally those I've dealt with have been very pleasant often going beyond the norm. Just like the people who work here.

Some of the female staff at this location act quite snobbish and are judgemental about the packages I bring in. They have complained about processing the parcel, and it is a deterrent for myself to return here again. Thankfully I won't need to. Staff at other nearby locations are more respectful. However, the male at this store has always been helpful and pleasant.

Their working hours are on Saturday, but in fact it is closed. If I have a parcel and you know you cannot receive it because it opens from 8:30 in the morning and is closed on Saturday and Sunday, and I go to work at 7 in the morning and finish at 7 in the evening? In other areas of Australia the post office opens early in the morning to receive the parcel and on Saturday, they do not think of serving people except their interests, the truth of the worst post office in Australia in everything it offers.

Genuinely disappointed with this store. I went to return items I had purchased from an online retailer and I asked them to print a return label for me (which the lady did). Then I went to look for a satchel to put my items in and the same women suggested one. I went to fill out the information on the satchel, went back to the counter and the same women told me that the company I’m returning my items to pay for the postage but because I choose the satchel she suggested I ended up paying for the postage myself which was $25.95 (and the items I was returning were only a $40 value). I’m really disappointed because they have a variety of packages that my items could’ve fit into but for some “unknown” reason she suggested an expensive satchel.

The country relies on this service. You close the doors and not put on the website or anywhere that it will be closed absolutely disgusting service. People drive all this way after seeing yes we are open on Google search. Very dissapionting a piece of paper in your windows is extremely unprofessional.
