Just called in to ask if they had a particular novelty gift in store and the guy who picked up the phone, answered without saying anything, waited a while then rudely said "hi what do you want" had absolutely no phone manners and hung up on me.

Rudest shop people I've ever come across.... they make you feel like they are doing you a favour serving you... have never heard of "please and thankyou". Now I know why I go the extra klm to DAW PARK POST OFFICE...if you go there once you'll never go anywhere else!!!

Well i am not overly impressed! I was told to come in today from yesterday to recieve my parcel and as i am using uber today it is going to cost a bit of extra $ in travelling expenses and dont want to wait all day for the post. So when i asked if my parcel had arrived via telephone i was told that i need to call customer care. All i wanted the guy behind the counter to do was check to see if my parcel had arrived about 3 footsteps away from the phone if that. I recieved no contact whatsoever to say my parcel had arrived. The guy over the phone sounded rude, irritated, impatient, and he sounded angry and tired as he told me yesterday it would be ready 11.00am afterwards i have a disability and he cant speak english well. However since it is such an inconvienance to walk 3 footsteps from the phone to the parcels whatever i will collect my parcel and do my best to ensure i dont go here ever again. I am very sorry i interrupted him and gave hin a small job to do which is infact oh wait! His job.

Worst experience ever. I rang ahead to ask about printing a postage label which was told bluntly to email through (no other instructions). I took my time to email postage label through before I came then arrived at the post office to ask about my email in which I was told to get my email out. (He should have told me this on the phone as I don’t have emails set up on my phone atm hence my calling ahead) then he was basically yelling at me saying “oh is that my job to tell you is it” which I said “yes it is actually”. He continued speaking to me in a raised voice so I walked out. Absoultely disgusting customer service. This guy should not be working with the public.

Very unfriendly staff. I am open to new people and their behaviour, but had multiple conversation with the staff, not professional at all, unfriendly and sort of rude if you ask me. Specially in Adelaide that you can get another post in 5 minutes, they should be much more customer oriented. Never come back there, even if it’s closest to our home

the staff are useless. went to collect parcel. two people checked name to make sure it was the correct person even gave them ID and was given the wrong parcel. I was not happy and when they asked me to come back. I said I don't drive. I just spent $30 dollars in taxi fare to collect it. advice to store holders check names correctly before handing goods over to right person.

He was so unprofessional of the way of dealing with customers nicely. The other day a girl there told me is Egypt a country or something else??? as I was sending something to Egypt. Not recommended

If you want incredibly rude service this is the place for you! Workers don't engage with customers at all. If this was not my local post office I would not step foot in it. I have had money thrown across the counter at me, been told off by a guy for not giving him enough notice about something despite trying to explain my situation and been generally treated rudely. Almost all the staff are truly terrible. Guy was on his phone today when I came in, didn't greet me, just got what I had asked for, grunted a few words, pointed at the eftpos machine and went back to his phone. Honestly, if you guys down at the post office read this, pick your game up. Terrible.

I went this morning to return a prepaid parcel. This man was rude, no “how can I help?”, not even a hello, just looked at me. He pushed my parcel back toward me, told me to stick the postage lables on the parcel that he printed, which is not the usual protocol at any other post office. I don’t recommend coming here.
