Decent post office with good service. However, since COVID there is no Saturday morning parcel pick up service which made it very hard for people like me who works far from Parramatta during weekdays and unable to find time to go there to pick up parcel. Thankfully they will eventually put your unpicked up parcel into one of the mail box so you can pick it up, but it takes a while before they do that.

Literally the staff is very very rude there in this particular post office. We feel like we have done some crime or something. I mean who are they. They should treat their customers well. Atleast show some respect. We are paying tax for these services right. Its not for free. I wish I have an option to complain against these disgusting behaviour of the staff there. Every time, had worse experience from there.

AusPost services are good ,but this store is terrible. They have slow service and very often you see a queue so long that it's goes to the end of the store and even footpath . Plus they misplace your stuff and can ask you to do a trip later when they can find it . Hope they fix the operations soon .

The review is mostly about the particular branch and not the aus post as such. There are certain services that require me to go to this branch which is quite far from where I am. Finding a parking is a pain and once you've done that, to get work done in this branch is painfully slow. Though I'm sure they are doing their best but other branches are way quicker.

First they said the parcel is returned. This was mainly because the postie put the wrong collect by date. And they did not check the system. When I went back and tracked it, it was not returned. And then I showed them the reminder email after checking. Then they said it is in the locker. The email did not have any access code and just mentioned to show it at the counter. it was not a parcel locker collection code. Overall had to go to the post office two times and finally a manager unlocked it from the locker. I dont think the parcel was meant to be in the parcel locker in the first place, otherwise the email would mention collect from parcel locker and provide a collection code. They really were not professional and lacked coordination. I even gave from return to sender mails clearly marked as return to sender. And it came back to me again.

This is the worst ever Australia post branch I have been to. The asian lady at the counter is so rude and so disrespectful towards the customers. I always used to wonder after looking at all the 1 star reviews for this branch but this branch really deserves 0 stars. I understand that we are all humans, people get tired and irritating after working for more than half day standing at the counters but still their ugly behavior is unacceptable for any reason. Note: I am leaving the comment after visiting this branch for more than ten times as it is my local and nearest branch and every time is a big disappointment.

Horrible experience. Today i went there to collect couple of my parcels around 2:30 one asian staff attended me . She was super rude and made me feel scared to even show her the tracking number . Idk if there is any training for the staffs about customer service . That staff needs proper training about how to talk and how to handle the customers that are confused about their parcels. I would never want to go there but unfortunately the delivery persons from australia post donāt even bother to knock our door and wait for 2 mins. Poor service

Absolutely terrible service. Had to send urgent parcel to Victoria. The staff was so rude. And they put in the wrong address and my express parcel did not even get delivered (spent 17$ for nothing basically.) Extremely disappointed.

I went there with 3 ID proofs and still staff were not satisfied that it is me (one of the proofs was my PASSPORT). I had to fight with the asian lady to get my own parcel. This wouldnāt have happened if they had rang the bell and delivered the parcel. Worst service ever by asian lady.

Parcels are being sent here for collection, but there is absolutely ZERO parking anywhere! I also wouldn't recommend having your passport photo taken here. They turn off all lights so the photo comes out very dark. I find that so strange. I wondered if that was what they do in all Australia Post branches, so the next day I went to a different branch and of course they didn't do that.

Australia Post has the worst service in the world. They donāt even attempt to deliver your item to your address and straight away take the parcel to the post office and ask you to collect it. The post office is only open from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, that means you have to take out time from your work to collect your item. Absolutely nonsense service

Always a bad experience when I go there. The short skinny staff with glasses on is always super rude. I already told her what the parcel's size would look like, she said she canāt find item and go back to double check or sometime can not scan the return barcode (another staff can and did scan for it). Literally always . And she takes forever to go for double check . And after coming back she starts talking to the staff rather than serving the customers. Very unprofessional / totally not friendly staff.

I have been using this post office for the last eight years, both for business and personal reasons. It used to be fantastic. Staff went out of their way to help you. The last couple of years since the management changed, service is woeful. Absolutely woeful. No notification that parcels have arrived. I have to constantly check my MyPost account to see what's there. No one can find anything when I get there. Nor can they be bothered. I shouldn't have to tell you that you sort parcels by surname. Not my first name, nor middle name. Going elsewhere.

There were none at the counter, so I moved towards it, and then the staff member told me "Wait.. im not ready ..im not ready.. wait behind the line".. ???? There was no sign to wait behind the line... And she could have told me in a respected manner, something like -. Sorry, Im not ready yet, could you please wait behind the line. Obviously, I did nothing wrong, still she treated me like as if I am going to steal something from her counter!! I think everyone should treated respectful in Australia. I really felt bad with their service today.

Parramatta GPO is a top post office and I used to have my PO Box there when my business was more Sydney Centric. They're really good! Great staff, well located and easy to pick up and send large materials. LOVE THEIR WORK!!!

Very bad experience, especially regarding receiving parcels during these few months from April 2020 I was shocked when one of the staff said. There is no parcel in your tray, again I followed up next day I received 5 parcels which came 2weeks before, one of the staff went in and checked thrice.Still my parcel are missing ,some staff are rude .Can somebody advice me how can I contact the manager to solve the problem.

Staff was very rude, they don't know how to talk to customers. I went to pick up my Parcel and despite of showing my ID they told I still need a passport. I pick up from this post every now and then and this is the first time they asked me for a passport. She was very rude and could have explained me the same thing politely.

Indian Lady photographed my id and it came out super dark, "is this OK?" she explained, "no it will get rejected as I can't see my face, can you turn up the contrast on the photocopier please? ", "no, that's all it does" - manager ended up helping... Then she refused to certify the documents stating Australia post doesn't do this, why do you need it? I had to use my phone and go to the Australia post website and show her that yes AP does offer this service, she still refused to do it until the manager came around again and said, yes, we offer this service, it's just a stamp... Jeez

Had the craziest conversation today. The lady at the counter couldn't find my country, on the list of countries to send posts. All others in counters were just staying there passive, not even curious to check it on their terminals. Went to the Auspost shop in Westfield and they printed labels and accepted the post within couple of minutes. How can some one be this incompetent on a routine task like this?

Only upgraded this from one to two stars because there was one kind person who tried to help and made up for the rest of the rude and completely unhelpful staff. Tried to rush me out with a few minutes to 5pm when I was carrying really heavy boxes and trying to sort out how to send things to my family who live overseas. They made me feel so stressed about such a simple thing that I left and lugged all my things back home instead of posting them.
