Deliveries always late go to post office and have to wait a few more days to get it as postie is driving around with it all weekend and the Monday. Have had several parcels arrive broken after they drop them off the shelf in the post office. Need better staff that's for sure

The owners attitudes are very poor. They refuse to let you use a pen due to “covid” and then tell you to buy one of their pens to fill out your package. Every other post office in the area has pens that you can use so that you can actually fill out the package you purchase from them. The owners are rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Definitely try out another post office within the area if you need help or want good customer service.

Horrible customer service! I bought a parcel to post and the male staff member refused to let me use a pen to fill out the details. He then proceeded to say that I needed to purchase a $3 pen in order to fill out my package. Very rude. I have a business in the area and send multiple packages each week so they’ve lost my business, I will be using the burton post office from now on because the staff are actually nice and helpful and let you use a pen to fill out packages. If only I read the reviews before going to the Paralowie post office.

Shocking service...refused service because i ask for a pen....his name is warren...unless he gave me a fake name....smug attitude ....never go there. I have heard so many other complaints about him and his wife....now i see true nature. Went to next post office and helped out with a pen....i have been double vaxed and wore mask and to be refused sevice make me sick....he should be providing of prove of vacinnation plus as all stores do provide hand sanitser

Refused service. Now to add context it was 1759 when we arrived at the counter, however pretty sure the advertised trading hours are until 1800. So I’m at a loss as to why the response of “I’ve already logged off” is acceptable.

I didn't even want to rate a 1 for the service today. Ok i said to her i am.that annoying customer who lost the card, her face looked PO & I understand that she wasn't able to accept my ID on my phone & when I questioned her with a Pardon as I didn't understand at first. She in an awful tone said we dont accept you need to download app etc I was oh okay fair enough my phone is playing up I'll wait for the card to come again & pick it up and she rudely yep do that!!!. And went on with whatever not even closing her service with a polite yeah unfortunately thats just how it is & we see you when you come in or that we will send a card out soon explination Just a rude attitude YEP! I hate my parcels going there :( Now I must say the guy there is always nice when he serves. She needs to chill out or leave .

My previous experience has been that of rude and abrupt staff. Today I witnessed a staff member "assisting" a man who had some issues with the information he had provided her not matching details in the system. The man clearly did not speak English as his first language, yet she repeatedly asked him the same unclear, confusing questions, loudly and aggressively. At one point stating loudly that "you are making my life very bloody difficult". Absolute disgraceful behaviour. If it weren't for the postie taking my parcels here I would never step foot in the place.
