Very helpful staff. Sometimes it gets very busy and has rude customers, but the staff carry on superbly. The staff should get a medal for giving great service in tough conditions. I notice it each week I go there. Many customers can't speak english very well, and the staff are very courteous and very helpful.

Worst service. I came in to get photos taken for my Australian passport, but the employee kept asking me where I was travelling to. I said I wanted to travel to all countries but apparently I can’t. I had to make a passport for every country I wanted to go to it seems. I eventually and reluctantly told the guy that one of the places I wanted to go to was Vietnam, even though I still don’t know why he needed to know. I got my photo taken and it didn’t even fit my passport! He printed out photos for a Vietnamese passport when I asked for an Australian one, he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. I came back to act for a fix up and asked why I was asked so many unnecessary questions. The lady that day started yelling at me and said I was being rude when I was just asking her questions. I’m never going here again. Do not go here!

On September 10th, I went into the post office and requested advice on the most secure way to send an important document to Malaysia. Was advised that registered post was the most secure way at a cost of $17.70. Taking the advice, I paid and sent the document across the counter. After about a month, the recipient has still not received it. I called Australia post and they informed me that it was too early to launch an investigation. I waited until the scheduled date and inquired again. They launched an investigation that could take up to 30 days. After multiple attempts to determine the status of my letter, I finally got a call on Dec 16th informing me that the letter was declared lost. More frustratingly was that I was informed that I should have sent it by express post instead which would have been faster and that it could be tracked. I was told that registered post was the most secure way and now they inform me that there is no way for registered post to be tracked!! How is that secure?? I've now lost an important document after months of delay, frustration and now only to be told that it's been lost because it was never trackable. Australia post sunshine: I very much blame you for providing me with the wrong information.

This place has virtually no customer service. The man who served me at the counter was making everything more difficult than it should be. His delivery was lacking any care and he should not be working in customer service. Extremely put off and will never visit this post office again.

I love coming here my favourite Post Office , most of the time it's busy but I always get help from the older gentlemen when waiting in line. He walks around helping customers waiting in line with paying bills or collecting parcels. Very professional

Worst customer service ever! Manager needs to sack the bad employees. Came in to do a standard Australian passport photo and was asked by the person there which destination we are going to ( none of their business!). He then printed out 3 huge photos which did not fit the standard Australian passport.

Went trying to get my tfn then when I arrived I was told to bring ID, I returned once again and they told me to bring my citizenship among other items; Once these items were brought forth they said my middle name was missing so I did a quick 5 minutes check them when I finally came to the counter they said the address on your licenses is invalid because I moved 2 months prior and they expected my to get a new licence mid outbreak. THEY WASTED MY TIME AND I STILL HAVE NO TFN!!!

Greatly appreciate the extra mile she took in helping me to send my book, which after a bit of modifying was able to fit the acceptable standards for mailing. Perhaps the fact that I was the only customer at that time of the day made a difference hehe.

Have been coming here for years, some staff definitely need re training. Very rude and impatient. There was a big miscommunication about my passport. After waiting for so long, I went to the post office to see what's going on. I had asked a staff member a simple question whether if I was meant to be told that I am supposed to wait for my passport or pick it up from the post office. The lady that served me didn't even want to hear what I had to ask. The lady immediately wrote down a number for me to call up and complain..? Human error is fine, I wasn't expecting an apology from the lady who took in my form. The lady who dealt with the situation simply just couldn't be bothered helping.

Real bad services, especially the male staff. He does not have the right attitudes do the job. I can understand why my passport and Vic license are accepted by all the places, i have been but not this very worse staff. In stead of explained for me the reason he simply kicked me out. I have been in many post offices but never encountered a staff just like the one this morning. Everyone have their job to do but not all of them performing at the level they are expected to. Hopefully no-one else will have the same issue at this post office again.

Needed to send some legal documents overseas and before going into this branch I had a look at their website to get an idea of what it might cost me and how long delivery times where. I went in and politely asked the lady working their, what options I had depending on the delivery times and to confirm pricing. She then condescendingly replied "I don't know, You tell me!". I was annoyed but politely said how about "2-4 days". To which she then sarcastically replied "There's a difference in cost you know, you can't have 2-4 days it's one or the other". By then I was really annoyed at her manner and said OK I am asking you to give me some prices on both. She then weighed my documents (120grams) and gave me prices which didn't look right to me. When I asked questioned her about the pricing and said they didn't look right, she got annoyed and said how do you know. I said have a look on your website. She checked and then went and grabbed a satchel and gave me the right pricing and lo and behold the package had stated 2-4 days, Which is what I told her in the first place. I really hate dealing with rude and condescending people especially when they clearly don't know anything about their own products and pricing. Learn some maners and get some training on how to talk to people!

One particular racist women staff who doesn't want to serve minorities. Giving attitude and blatantly giving attitude. Day one taken passport photo there and ask staff about applying for a passport for an infant. Day two to apply for the passport. Was told need to get confirmation of address by getting a printout of a bill. Fair enough easy done. Day three come back to the store and this racist staff refused service saying the passport application is not valid. Asking why, the answer was, 1 - passport photo was not correct -- reply it was taken here! She had no come back from that. Even had the receipt 2 - no booking was made to apply - reply the other staff said to come back anytime yesterday. 3 - the address proof must be from Vic roads, the utility print out was not accepted - why? just because! So passport application was not accepted for this reason. 30 mins later from Highpoint Post office - no problem at all!! Moral of the story - Sunshine Post office is stuck up and only wants to serve white anglosaxons instead of the minorities. Conclusion for that lady - don't work there nor any customer service role, your not built for it in any way shape or form. Incident reported to head office of Aus post already.
