The staff are usually very helpful and always seal up my packages with tape if they need it. If I'm still addressing a package at closing time they'll let me finish even if it's taking a long time. They are often proactive and tell me how to do stuff if they suspect there's a better way to do it. I really appreciate that as you don't know what you don't know. If you have a question they'll try hard to answer it. I've seen some bad behaviour from customers but the staff are always polite and friendly. There seem to be a lot of bad reviews... but all of them seem to relate to Australia Post, not the LPO i.e. They're misdirected. I know it's frustrating if your package is missing or you have to go home for more documents but it's almost never the LPO's fault. Taking it out on them doesn't help. The LPO doesn't mess up very often... but when they do they apologise and fix it. I like the Sunshine Local Post Office they do a good job. :-)
