Ideally, if there was an option of giving negative stars, I would have given that. The Manager and entire staff are useless bunch of people. They.are big liars and wish to stop working even before working hours are finished. Absolutely rude attitude, no work ethics. They didn’t process the passport application even at 4 30pm. When asked why, they said it’s mentioned on website. When shown that it’s neither mentioned on website and nor written anywhere within the post office. Then they got annoyed and asked to call the customer service. What a bunch of useless people, not caring for those from whom they are earning their livings . I will definitely take this to highest level and would seek the punishment for these rude people in customer service. Writing a review here so that anyone else don’t have bad experience and feel annoyed because of there rude and unethical people.

Their unprofessional and rude delivery driver did not deliver the package properly to my address. He did not even knock to see it I was home and did not even leave a slip at my residence to let me know to pick it up from the post office. It’s almost like he did not want me to receive the package.

This is more of an Australia Post review....received confirmation today that my package was to be delivered TO MY DOOR and an estimated time of arrival. Made sure I was at home at said time only to receive a message through Australia Post app that my parcel was ready for pick-up at St.Marys post office. Problem with that, this was after closing time and now I will not be available to collect until next week. Why tell customer it will be delivered to door if that's not going to be the case. Grrrrr !!!

The rudest people ever in a Post office. Do not know Abc of customer service. Slowest and clueless about their job. Clearly they have no accountability and do not care about customers at all. If i could I will give them zero rating. Better to drive further 15 mins to Penrith or Mt. Druitt to get things done than going to these worthless people.

Went in today to post a parcel The lady who served me had terrible attitude no Hi or Thank you bad customer service. I felt like we were disturbing her, WAKE UP lady you work there you are not doing us a Favour. Now I understand the low rating they received Happened Again they were busy chit chatting rather than serving customer and the Attitude is disgusting/ full of Negativity GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSES I am willing to report them to Fair Trading Australia in regards to their incompetent work ethics. Our community needs proper & competent workers, I pay my taxes then why should I get a third class service seriously.

The older female staff member is not nice. She told me off for not standing in the correct spot even though the entire office was changed around and the new signage is TERRIBLE. She practically scoffed when I said I didn't see the marks on the ground. There was only one other person there at the time that hadn't been served and he went infront of me anyway. I was standing there for ages without anyone saying anything too. Come on, don't be nasty. Also, not being open on Saturdays anymore is atrocious for people that work long hours

Customer service is disgusting! No manners or respect for any customers who enter the post shop. I would highly recommend anyone to go to the next post shop! I was the only customer in there, when 3 of them were standing around chatting about vaccinations so I had to wait until they had finished their chat before even being served even though they looked at my direction and insisted I waited for them to be ready chatting. Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Poor attitude from the ladies behind the counter. Took a missed delivery card to collect a parcel. The rude lady took the card from me, whilst still in the middle of a loud conversation with another staff member. Then cans back, shoved the card back in my direction and said “ Parcel’s not here, come back tomorrow”. I’ll get my AusPost items delivered to a ParcelLocker from now on.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. There’s a staff member in there with glasses who is there everytime I come in and honestly her customer service is appalling. I see the way she speaks to the customers, including me and honestly it’s so negative and unnecessary. I don’t think she’s ever been nice or smiled at me or any other customer, it’s never a hey how are you or a simple have a good day it’s always short worded responses. I tell her what I’m there for and it’s “yep yep” and snatches the items. Her attitude is so uncalled for and quite embarrassing. Disappointing experience everytime. Id rather travel to another post office than come here again.

Unprofessional and horrible experience with customer service at St Mary's Australia Post as a regular ( we send items daily) my post and business customer. Condescending and unapologetic, blaming the customer for not having the wrong side of the my post card up and ripped us off all discounts entitled . Unacceptable and the worst part is that they just get away with it.

Very bad customer service they need to get rid of the old stock an bring in people with fresh, happy, minded attitude. I don't care if your hair is pissing you off with angry attitude you don't say that in front of customers especially if you are representing a organisation if I was the owner of that I would have a really good discussion of how they talk to people. That why I leave all my purchases at the door from now on, or have someone at home as I can stand to go to St. Mary's post office.

As a PO Box customer, have always been treated well. Would be wary of visiting on Saturdays though. Lines can be super long, especially with people doing passport applications. Could do with one more employee rostered on Saturday. Other than that nothing to fault.

Absolutely useless, paid express post on a Thursday and the package didn't get here till the Tuesday, packages kept getting delivered to the wrong address even with the correct address listed with Australia Post and they couldn't even explain why my package was given to the wrong address and never got that package back thanks to them signing it to the wrong person and them keeping it, now they left a card claiming they attempted to deliver but no one answered, yet I have a door bell that's connected to my phone that has a camera and I was in the room right next to the front door, they never knocked or rang the doorbell

Extremely disappointed by the unprofessional manner in which Australia Post St Marys senior staff members firstly told us that they would directly process a refund for a glitch in their system last Monday & Tuesday as long as we brought the receipt and our My Post card back to them once their system was fixed. However, when it came time for them to do that , they simply handed a sheet of paper which stated " how to do an online enquiry ... & said to follow those instructions" Simply palmed it off with no care or professionalism what so ever. Disgraceful & deceitful . No courtesy to do that themselves & rectify the issue after blatantly lying and giving incorrect information. Had we known this , we wouldn't have used Australia Post for those parcels till the system was fixed.

Terrible service. I sent my daughter an express post package. When she went to fetch it this morning she was served by a very rude staff member who told her the package hadn't arrived. At midday I checked the tracking number and found that it had been in the store since 6.30am. My daughter went back in the afternoon and after an extensive search it was finally found in the bin that had not yet been sorted since the morning. Why do we pay for express and then receive such poor service? Not impressed!

My package sat waiting in this Post office for two days because they couldn't fit it in a parcel locker. I tried calling asking to pick it up from the post office because I had the day off, no not an option. Instead at the end of the second day they dump it in the post office 5 minutes before closing and of course they are only open 9-5 and I have work tomorrow. Very unhelpful.

Worst customer service ever, made me wait for 30 mins just because I needed to apply for passport. All others coming after me got the priority? Why would you do that and just because passport takes a few minutes extra you have decided on a new rule of making them wait until there is no one in the queue for parcel collection. Wish I had never visited this Australia post. Visit time 9:35am Saturday 27th Apr. Wait time 30 mins
