St Agnes Post Office are deliberately holding on to my friends business letters and not delivery it to her letterbox by post man. It's obvious the workers at this post office are judging customers on how they look like, this is discrimination. They should just deliver and forward her mail to her or she seek further action Very Unfriendly post office very strange of them to move the catalogues from the entrance of the post office to the middle of the post office shop.., very slack and slow service too and not open on Saturday mornings anymore... Very pathetic since lots of people work Monday to Friday.

Too bad if you work 9-5. Especially since their parcel guys don't even attempt to knock on the door and deliver your parcels (flatmate was home). I hate Australia Post.

The office staff are so disrespectful. The lady with the name starting with G, spoke down to me when I was asking for help!!! The form gets return back if you dont get it correct so i asked for help before this happened and she acted like I was stupid for not knowing how to fill out a form. She then went on to talk over top of me when I tried to explain!! Dont ever go here!!!

I have no complaints about this post office anymore. The staff are efficient and helpful and the product range goes well beyond stationary and postage services. It was not always this well managed. Whoever is responsible for the overhaul should get a medal!!

The staff are generally great, as are the Posties themselves. The delivery drivers, on the other hand, vary from OK. to appalling. The site needs someone to take the time to change Opening Times at Christmas etc., instead of just Friday (Christmas Day this year) listed as 9.00 - 5.00 then "times may vary". This applies to ALL Public Holidays etc. The way it is at the moment is just sheer laziness & is not good enough!

This gop needs new delivery drivers and staff urgently ...fri 7th had a card left for a parcel needing signing yet we were home !!!! Didnt bother ringing doorbell. Sat 8th doorbell rings at 745am , wakes up the house , i open door and a delivery man with 8 parcels in a box , no signing needed but then says " sorry did i wake u up" of course u did !!! Drive to pick up other parcel and st agnes is closed.....not good enuff for an essential service

Why is it there is no postal deliveries on Wednesday, whether its the post man or a delivery van, very strange are they scare of the council garage trucks collecting rubbish from bins that is not an excuse I expect my item here today Wednesday and not tomorrow lazy st Agnes post office Worst post office ever . they not friendly. I send my friend her birthday gift early June for her to receive on her birthday June the 16 and still nothing and since when did st Agnes post office return stuff to the sender on June the 16 my friend birthday she had a item send to her for her birthday on junrb16 to make her own happiness and when her husband pick the item up it had a yellow sticker saying it be return back to sender on June the 16 the nasty employers who work there should be all sack they are mean and nasty and ruin my friends birthday And since when did the St Agnes postman delivers a box doll there's no room on his bike for boxed items they only get damage. Can't the Cheapstake post office Of St Agnes afford a proper person on a delivery van, this post office must be cutting corners and trying to save every cent, and today the postman writes a You have mail card into my friends letterbox at the same time she is home waiting for him to knock on the door with the books she got for her and her mum, very slack and lazy from the st Agnes postal workers, Now the st Agnes post office expects my friend who has no car to walk to the post office at 4 pm, very unfair on her to expect anyone in her condition to walk for 45 minutes up the road with her diabetes. St Agnes post office should be at least open till 6 pm , because her husband can't barely make it to that post office he has the car and he works to. Next time when people are at home waiting for they deliveries then deliver it by ringing the doorbell waiting for the person to answer,.

St Agnes Post Office is the worst one at deliverys My friend had her vintage Barbie doll stuffed into the top part of the letter box that anyone could steal it yesterday on the 10th may wednesday because the post man is too lazy to place the package next to the front door,, my friend lives in ridgehaven and have problems with her neighbours because they are racist, and had in the past that her neighbours stole mail from the letter box the top part where the junk mail go,, if the St Agnes Postal Employees including the postman continue this slobby, snobby and careless act,, my friend and me and the other friends will be taking a huge complaint about this post office to Commonwealth Ombudsman,, we customers had enough with St agnes post office doing this to our mail delivery and expect that future deliverys get treated with respect and not stuffed in the letter box top part where the neighbours or little kids can steal it,, She is very angry and tried to find a contact ph number for St Agnes Post Office but all she gets is the major post office interstate,, and also when they do deliver any small parcels is to ring the door bell and wait for a while,, we are humans and not have super power to run to the door unexpectly, postman has no patience,,
