I’m genuinely to scared to ever return to this post office. The elderly man that works behind the counter is extremely rude and aggressive. I’m in the process of finding out how I can make sure I never have to go back in there again.

Superb service this morning at Australia Post Subiaco. The young lady who looked after me searched the stock for a suitable jigsaw puzzle for me to send to boys in Sydney. Successful search and then assistance to parcel up and place in the post. Very impressive. Courteous and friendly service much appreciated.

Australia post - Subiaco Post Shop Located at 172 Rokeby Rd, Subiaco are not a pleasant place to be. Poor quality of customer service and looks like the manager and/or owner doesn't care about improving the quality of service. You have to make a queu and when you approach staff they are always in a rush and they treat people without respect. I AM STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO GO TO ARMONY NEWSAGENCY/SUBIACO EAST LICENCED POST OFFICE. LOCATED AT 217 HAY STREET, SUBIACO,WA, AUSTRALIA 6008. THERE IS PLENTY OF CAR PARKING AT THE FRONT AND YOU DON'T NEED TO MAKE A QUEUE, AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THINK NIGEL THE BOSS AND HIS TEAM FOCUS IN GOOD QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL.

So I got this package, but I was expecting however I noticed that I had filled in the wrong box number, not just one or two numbers but I used an old box number from 10 years ago in another country. Anyway Australia Post took the effort to check the box holders in Subiaco and I got my package. Well done for going the extra mile! You guys often get a bad rap, but I was pleasantly surprised thank you. Albert

Maybe dont advertise that you can witness signatures for forms if you personally dont feel like doing it. A simple Australian Super form needed a witness and an Aus Post employee could provide this but I was told by the old boy that it is a personal choice for them to witness or not and he decided that day he didnt want to. Thanks for the run around.

After 3 attempts to submit a passport application here and each time the 3 staff picking a new thing to change each time we got told another thing to change which would make this simple task 4 trips. Very disappointing that everything wasnt picked up in the first appointment which would have saved 3 trips. Would not suggest this post office for anything more than sending a package if its standard.

I use this post office for both personal and business post and have always been happy with the service i've received - I don't often have to wait long in the queue to be served (which is very rare in post shops!) and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that when it is busy they have had sometimes had someone walking around with an eftpos terminal so you don't have to queue for simple transactions.

I went in for a general post office form and I had to line up with people in front. Unlike other post offices these forms are only available behind the counter which is ridiculous. The manager came out, wandered around a little despite customers needing assistance and a large line forming with only one person on the register. Disappointed is an understatement for what I observed of this manager today. The man at the counter was helpful and pleasant though despite the manager.

Always friendly staff here, even though you might have to wait a little (like most post offices in the country!) I especially like the parcel collection service that opens at 7:30am from the hole in the wall, makes it easy to get stuff that would otherwise be limited to working hours.

If anyone wants to renew their licence, DO NOT go here! Second time unlucky. They can't take a proper photo or properly submit the info to dept of transport. So don't waste your time! Now I have to go to dept of transport office. No apologies either from them. Poor customer service. I definitely won't be returning!!!

Save yourself the trouble and go to a different post office. Every single package I send from here, sits in their depot for 3-5 days then its moved on. Disgusting service.

Been collecting my parcels from this post office for a few years now and i have no negative experience with the staffs at all. However, today i was utterly disappointed by how unprofessional the manager "Paul" is. Went in to get the copy of my digital police clearance to be certified, and he took a look at it and said i am not comfortable certifying this. Seriously?? I got the digital document from the police via the secure document service in Mypost. And there is even a QR code at the bottom of the document which he can clearly scan that verifies the copy to be a true document. He is just a lazy racist with bad attitude and customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE FOR CERTIFIED SERVICES. It cost $4.95 and you have to receive a rude treatment from the MANAGER. Ended up going to the Wembley police station and the officer there did it for FREE with a smile.

A clerk named Exxxe was absolutely useless and rude. She failed to do her work, and started blaming me for not telling her what was ticked in the envelope, and not paying a fee for it. It was HER duty to check what was ticked in the box and how much should be charged (How would I know how much charge it would be?). It was very obvious that she was utterly incapable of performing a simple task. Now, I am worried that my registered envelop may not arrive in the destination. If there were below zero stars, I would click hundreds of negative stars. What a stupid and untrained clerk she was!

Sorry however Since no one in Subiaco can actually have the real balls and say it as it is about the rocker by road Auspost then I will after my third experience today is with disbelief! received my Auspost collection slip via mail we had to go to the Rokerby Road Subiaco Auspost to collect my item which I was happy to get the excersise and walk up to get it. I was served by the red long headed 50 year old Holly which was an aragant piece of work! She went looking for my item and came back with the item pickup slip, literally held it up at my face and said you have to come back at that time and pick it up in a derivative and negative tone This is the third time I have experienced disgusting service here! Last time the old bloke behind the counter was the same aragant attitude towards me and the lady in front of me in the line. What the hell happened to your customer service skills? Simple if you don’t like working there get the hell out. Others that are serious about customer service deserve it more than you. From now on I will redirect packages to another auspost. Don’t bother with these Idiots as there attitudes will never change. Go to the hey street post office instead. Wayyy better customer service there.

I had the most atrocious experience at this place the other day. The man behind the counter was so rude to me I actually cried after leaving the place. I was trying to apply for a Working With Children's Check and he was telling the lady he was training that they "make so much money" out of these and they had the monopoly on the market for it which is why they make a killing from it". So unprofessional! Other people I spoke to later that day told me of the rudeness of some staff members here and how they now avoid this particular AusPost because of their lack of etiquette.
