A company (let’s call them RR Company) that I was returning an item to for a replacement had issued me a return postage label. I went to another AP branch and a lady scanned it and the system was throwing an error code saying that they weren’t able to connect to the merchant, meaning that RR Company has made an error when issuing the label and needed to fix it before we were able to send it. After three attempts and experiencing the same issues, Renee at Success AP contacted me on her day off with a solution which had been organised with the staff that were currently working so I could drop off the package (without lining up which is a big deal since this AP is the only one in the area and always has a huge line) and send RR Company the new tracking number and update them of the solution. I really appreciate Renee going above and beyond to assist me when I have been having so much trouble with RR Company. Thanks again.
