I was their yesterday and just got stuff around so I ,did another application for a passport then drove 1 hour there to pay and send it, only to be told we are short staffed and will not be doing I.d. Today,how long would it take to check its correct and I pay for it, now a hour drive home will no help at all from them Worst place I have ever tried to do bissness with,

I used to LOVE this office, but since the male manager has left, I actually feel like I'm being discriminated against with parcel sizes etc. Eg. An envelope easily fits through the postal slot, yet the current manager will perform miracles with the sizing slot card by turning it vertically and expecting a parcel to 'slip' through whilst being shaken and not pushed from behind, costing me a LOT more money than if it were done fairly. Ask to USE their postal sizing slot card to demonstrate yourself, and you're made to feel as if you're asking 'teacher' for her pen in grade prep, and no, you won't be allowed to demonstrate how your parcels will fit yourself, that card is like gold to a certain worker there. I find most of the workers to be polite and kind to my face, yet as a person who is not easily shaken, I still feel as if I'm being laughed at and talked about behind the counter. I'd hate to see a person who is more easily upset treated this way.
