They might be sick of me by now with the amount of Amazon parcels they’d be transferring into my parcel locker which is accessible 24/7, but I wouldn’t know it because when a parcel is too big for the locker I pick it up in store and am always greeted by very friendly customer service. So thankful that they even provided me a trolley once when I had a bit more than expected so I didn’t have to carry the boxes to the car. 5 stars. Staff is great.

Rude service. I am a very small business. Pre pay my parcels online. They smirk and weigh instead of accepting them and won’t accept it if it even 2 grams difference. Do they not know it’s scanned by the system and we get a underpaid postage on our account. It’s simple. It doesn’t need a power trip. Or why can they not offer to fix it for us while we are there. So unbelievably rude.

Incompetent dishonest and rude. Deb can't do her job and I have no idea how she is employed. She just lied multiple times to be proven wrong by email correspondence. The mistake she made is juvenile and well below that of acontributing member of society. I get these people are public servants but this our mail. It is important. We need good staff in these place. Not ex salvo volunteers. All these people do is make mistake and pass the blame.

I wasn’t going to post anything but it was only u til I came on to see what time they opened on Saturday- probably the only one that isn’t open for a few hours of a Saturday, which just infuriated me even more as I needed to pick something up for my business. Probably too old to get out of bed! They’re so rude. The lady kept calling me “she” to the other lady when I was standing right there!! How do these people gets jobs?

Yesterday I came to this post office, to pick up a card from Commonwealth Bank. The old blond lady told me that she didn't find anything with my name. Today I came back and another woman at the counter gave my letter in a matter of seconds ( really efficient !!!!). I asked her about the arrival date...she told me it had arrived more than a day ago. Conclusion: the old long hair lady didn't do a proper job yesterday. Is that ok????????

Extremely unhappy with staff. I was told rudely not to visit them to bank a cheque during the lunch time. I was already standing in the queue for 20 odd minutes. I was asked to come back in the morning or in the afternoon later. This was to bank a cheque for my office. I refused to come back. Australia post gets commission for processing cheques I believe. If it's open then they should not deny service least of all be rude. Unfortunately I can not pay this particular bill any other way. It has to be done at the post office. I hope the staff there are trained to do their job with more efficiently and diplomatically. I will be there again when it suits my work timings not when it suits post office staff.

By far the worst post office in Australia. Incompetent and rude staff, but the worst part is the actual delivery workers that do not even attempt delivery, instead they just (sometimes) leave a card in the mailbox and force you to go and pick your parcels up yourself EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Horrible experience! All due to the one staff member all the other staff members have been helpful thats the only reason for putting 1 star. Had open by accident the parcel locker which had a huge box and had no way of taking it, i asked if i could please hold it there until i could get my car. The lady there with glasses would not give any care and was dismissive, not offering any help or solutions, rude and to be honest I felt completely discriminated. I'll be definitly taking to my lawyers on what my rights are.

Staff is especially well TRAINED to refuse customers and tell you to leave. Even though the package meets every single size and weight restrictions listed online and they will simply make up an excuse for not meeting the cubic meter weight
 Mainly because they are too lazy to put the pascal to the back and they can waste more time doing less work I guess? Absolutely brilliant tactics, so much to learn from them.

DUMB AND DUMBER!( assistant deb & manager deb) assistant Dumb put me onto manager Dumber who then refused to hand over a very important document my neighbour had given me authority to collect. Dumber said ' she didn't believe the authority was legitimate! (the letter not only contained written authority, but licence ID & photo as proof). Dumber deb did say that she would make sure the document would not be returned to sender, but would be held until my neighbours returned, and that she personally would leave a note with the document to ensure this will happen! update.....my neighbours arrived back from overseas, went to the P.O .... Dumber had returned the document to the sender!! Dumber agreed the authority was actually correct, but no, they would not help with the return of the document. "not our problem"! please, please please don't go anywhere near this 2 ring circus! ONLY ONE STAR,...AS THIS POST WILL NOT ACCEPT ZERO 5 STARS!!

My returning parcel to Sydney is in this post office for more than a week and it didn't even move from there. I understand that now because of pandemic is more important to deliver medication etc..but even the staff-they are not taking the phone. I'm on the line for more than 30 minutes. The other post offices has no problem to deliver other packages to sydney. My parcel has a value of $300. I am really dissapointed. I will visit other post offices not this one, even if this is the closest to my home.

I have nothing bad to say about staff or service. But as a fulltime worker, all of my packages are sent here and by the time I finish work, the post office is already closed. There is no time at all for full time workers to attend this post office. You should look at adjusting your hours

These guys always work so hard. Every time we go in there it is always busy with a big lineup - they work through everyone quickly and always with a smile. Dealing with people from different language backgrounds and still being able to help is not an easy task. Great little post office in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Highly Recommend.

Customer service (or lack thereof) is atrocious! The staff is beyond rude and unhelpful, they behave like everything they do is a favour to customers, not a paid service. They’ve turned applying for passports for myself and my child an extremely stressful experience by making me take time off work to go back again and again for additional things they ask each time for something else, on purpose, like it’s a fun thing for them to do for entertainment, and outright belittled me. They don’t do passport applications appointments, was told “you just walk in” but then they refuse to do passport applications during lunch hours whilst they’re still open, regardless if there are enough staff and it’s not even busy. I will put in a complaint with the Au post office, postal industry ombudsman and dept of foreign affairs, because this is beyond unacceptable.

Extremely incompetent staff, I use my PO Box for business use to get notifications of mail being delivered to further drive 30mins to collect someone else’s mail! Have advised them three times to change this asked for a refund of $100.00 (po box for a year) to be offered $16.00 refund. Absolute Joke!

Will never visit if there is another option. Worst customer service ever. Rude, unfriendly, arrogant, not enough words to describe an awful experience. An old lady with long hair especially rude, just wonder how she can be a service -provider. If she is the employee, the boss does need an assessment of her working attitude. If she is the boss, Aupost does need a strict interview system to screen a capable franchisor. It is really shame to have her with the biggest Australia post service provider. Hopefully Aupost can see this and pay more attention to those staff who are not capable of the job.

If I could give you less I would. The most disgusting customer service I've ever seen. Unhelpful moment today with a poor old lady needing to pay her rates notice, LINDA (dark hair and glasses) was irate and unhelpful and doesn't want to take the time to help her understand how payment works. The little old lady no longer wants to pay for it because of her and the worker proceeds to walk away, leaving the lady trying to put everything away after the worker threw her money back on the bench. To the female worker with the dark hair and glasses, you need to change your attitude. If you have had one bad experience, leave it with that person and treat everyone a fresh! If customer service is not for you - go sort mail at the back. Surfers Paradise Australia POST - you guys need to change the attitude of your staff because you have literally become the worst one in all of the GC. SMH

I would give this place a -5 rating if I could.. Appalling and unprofessional service - the women I dealt with was a such rude b***h. I was greeted with a 'What do you want'.. There was no 'How are you? and or even a 'Hi'... I wanted to courier a canvas from GC to North Shore, Auckland and was told that 'I can't help you' and when I asked if she knew anywhere that could help me 'Do I look like I would know that?' - no extra effort put into your service at all... Are you kidding me?! Your work in customer service and for AUS post (I can't be the first or last tourist that you will deal with - and at least, I attempted to be nice and was polite to you, unlike some).. Your staff should at least PRETEND LIKE THEY LIKE THEIR JOBS and put somewhat effort in - that's what they're paid to do anyway.. Felt like wrapping the canvas around her ignorant rude head. I won't be using AUS post service ever again due to this experience.
