Went in to pick up a package. Took 5 minutes for them to find it. Because it came from overseas the guy then took it to another worker and discussed it for a minute and then had the hide to ask me what was in it. I said none of your business. He then said he needed to know because it came from India. I then told him that that is what custom's is for. Also watch out as well as some of the workers will take your licence with them

Natalia is the rudest worker here. Returned a parcel that was incorrectly delivered to my house , therefore trying to do the right thing and return to sender versus just throwing the parcel in the bin. Natalia tried to argue with me that I opened the parcel- clearly did not as they were sticky taped shut and had tick lists of what was inside on the front anyway— so why would I need to open to see what’s inside when it was clearly labelled and if I wanted to keep them why would I be going out of my way to return to sender by driving to the post office (they were posters for a store by the way- why would I even want these, useless to anyone but the store). Stood there arguing with her and had to ‘prove to her’ that they were not open as she was inspecting them like crazy. Then when she obviously realised she was in the wrong- moved on to getting up me for ‘signing’ for them. Which I did not, your lazy delivery drivers just dropped off a signed parcel without actually collecting a signature. She obviously was just looking for any excuse to argue. Next time I’ll save myself the time and not try to be nice in returning an incorrectly delivered parcel. Cheers Nat for a terrible encounter 👍🏻 another person being rude to others in a day for no reason at all. Maybe if you’re that unhappy , look for another workplace so you don’t have to ruin other people’s day with your sour attitude.

Absolutely disgusting and discriminating behaviour I went in with my service dog and the Asian manger told me I have to hold my service dog when she alerts me on the ground , I then gave her some flyers with service dog etiquette and she threw it straight in the bin I will be contacting GHAD about this worst post office ever

Cannot believe the poor customer service that I have received from this post office not just once but every time I go in there it only seems to get worse which I thought wasn’t even possible, went to Oxenford just to avoid the nasty people in the Upper Coomera branch and was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service that I had received do yourself a favour and avoid the upper Coomera branch.
