Complete useless. They false update the system all the times as "delivery missed" but actually none of the delivery person attempt delivery. Despite reporting it to the post office and #AusPost, they keep repeating this practice. Useless and hopeless service. Cant imagine, it's "Australian Post" service. Wish I could rate it "0" star.

What a Farce!! I booked an online appointment for passport lodgement at this location and when I rocked up at the scheduled time, I was told that although their branch is visible on the booking system showing they accept passport applications and can book appointments but in reality, they dont have a setup to review and lodge passport applications!! Pls remove your branch from the online booking system if you don't have the tools to support and in turn help in saving customers time and effort!!!

Don’t ever get your passport photo taken from here the Indian guy I had to do it as other post office rejected our photo and you have to pay extra as the receipt says from news agency not the actual post office.

I went there to get photo for my Australian passport application; But it wasn't accepted by AUS POST, Stanhope for my application, As per them, it was not matching the photo specification requirement. Good thing is, Stanhope, AUS POST helped me for a new photo and they didn't charge me anything for that. I appreciate that.

Staff here needs to realise they are in customer service. Hardly any courtesy and politeness specially the lady at counter. Australia Post rates are not cheap but surely their customer service is !! Drive to stanhope gardens LPO and you will notice the difference.

It's my first time to send a parcel in this branch. So I asked the lady in front of the store if there's a staff in AusPost to assist me, she just said "yes" I am not aware that she's the person who will assist me as well. So I rang the bell since I was not familiar and I thought the person who will assist me is inside the staff lounge. And then the lady in front went to me and told me rudely that I need to be patient. I HAVE NO IDEA THAT SHE'LL BE ASSISTING ME. ONLY IF SHE SAID IT TO ME THE FIRST TIME I WALKED THRU THE DOOR. After that she gave me a paper which she barely told me what to do with it, when I asked her she answers smugly. She even let the customers who was behind me go first. It was not a pleasant experience for my first time, and this parcel was supposed to be special because it's a care package for my fiance that I have not seen for a year now. Everyone is struggling during these hard times and it's important to BE KIND to everyone even if you are tired. They are in the customer service industry after all. We are lucky enough to have jobs, some people don't have jobs.

Probably the worst au post of the area. Employees don’t really know anything about customer service. They don’t even wanna listen to you and take hours for the work which can be done in minutes. If you can drive and go to other place, consider going to other place than this one which is owned by bunch of rude people.

Like the other comments here, horrible customer service. Got to the front desk to pick up a parcel, man just stared me plain in the face and asked me what I was expecting and for ID. It's not difficult to say a few words to have a nice interaction with a customer. Staff are much better at Stanhope.
