I really appreciate the efficiency and extra care the staff here give - I've ordered about a zillion things (way more of an accurate estimation than I am proud of!) since moving to Queenstown and the post office has handled each with care and been thoughtful about when/where to leave items and when to take them back to the post office for us to pick up if my partner and I aren't around.
