Been waiting for a part for my car that came from nsw and stopped in cairns and the post office couldn't tell me where it was or any help at all for finding my parcel meanwhile it was in there post office in tully and hadn't been scanned for 2 weeks. And to make things worse I went in 3 times for them to tell me there is nothing they can do when I could see my package on the table behind them but was unsure if it was mine but now I have it I can tell it was 100% the parcel on the table.

Overpaid my po box fee triple time, when asked for a refund, the rude, unhelpful staff even the post master refused to refund me without a reason. Contacted post office online, straight away got refund back.

If your needing a post office pull into Tully . Friendly true blue Aussie helpfulness . Even the customers want to help . Best I've been to in Aust . Have great gifts aswell and a gd collectible coin range . If your wanting a present for a loved one look here first . Also gd range of phones and accessories for sale . Very impressed
