Went in for verification and the staff Rob's behaviour was full of arrogance. Pushing away papers and print outs! This guy needs to learn that he's being paid to work there and isn't doing anything for free. Just while typing my review, I have seen numerous people complaining about him in their reviews. The management needs to take action! Hire staff that know what customer service means.

Would love to know how I'm meant to collect parcels sent here now that this location appears to be closed weekends... with no way for me to select another location as my preference? Why is this the default location to send parcel locker items to? Changing my review to one star. Staff here will give parcels out to anyone with a name like yours (apparently ID with an address not needed!) I'm not the only one as the last time I was here someone in front of me had the same problem.

Went in 28/05/2018 at 2:45pm. The store was empty except 1 customer being served by Rob. As Rob (a tall middle-aged man, with grey vest and a golden earring) finished serving he told me to turn around and line up in a different location. Makes absolutely no sense. And as he told me this someone else came in and took my spot. There are no lane ribbons or anything and was completely unnecessary. Ended up not sending parcels I came in for and went to the Bell street store instead. This is consistently bad service in this particular post store, I am unsure why this keeps happening. I constantly feel like a fool everytime I get served by the older Indian lady, the lines usually are enormous, there are no smiles or kindness. Every time I come with a parcel pickup form, is always met with anger and like it is a burden for them. They go in the back, and take ages to come back, it is as though they go in the back, and start boiling a cup of tea, and finally come in. Get rid of all the staff and start from fresh is my recommendation. Until that happens, I will never go back to this post office.

This has always been the worst post office experience in the southern hemisphere but now I find that they don't even open Saturdays anymore! There are other excellent POs in the vicinity - i.e. where the staff don't resent my very existence - so why are my packages being dumped here? Saturday is generally the only day I can pick them up.

They are no longer open on Saturdays and there's no notice at the post office neither is the online information updated!! There are a lot of people still visiting the post office and returning confused as to why it's closed! i saw this myself the last two Saturdays.This is highly inconvenient as all parcels are re-directed here and the office is only open 9 - 5 on weekdays. It's impossible to leave work early to get there on time, and now I have to pay a transfer fee to transfer the package to another post office. This is on top of the shipping fee I paid while ordering. Update the opening hours online and have an apology notice at the store front along with opening hours so that people know you've changed your working hours.

Decided to stop opening on Saturdays due to "lack of requirement". Seriously. This is the post office that receives all redirections from Parcel Lockers and considering the number of units in the area requiring the services of these lockers I'm at a loss to understand this move by Australia Post.

This is a post office of extremes. There's either no customers here when you come in, or there's' a queue to the door. The staff are either thrilled to see you, or downright hostile. And it's about 50-50. I like those odds.

I went there 4 times for my child’s passport application. Everytime they find some different problems. They don’t care other people’s time. The staff and manager all unfriendly. Expecially the manager, not even able to smile. When she reject my application she couldn’t tell me what’s exactly wrong , just tell me : I couldn’t read it probably. Eventually I took my 2 months old baby take bus to Postoffine in northland . Do your job with respect and respect and patient

Took my baby daughter to this post office to get passport photo’s taken, as their website states they are able to take photo’s & this specific branch even have a large poster of a mum & child advertising passport photo services. I was asked by Indian-Asian lady if i brought a white sheet / blanket, which I did, but then told that they do not do passport photos for infants & that I should go to Northlands PO branch. Unwilling to even try or attempt taking a photo, just a plain “NO”! Had to leave, after it took me forever to find parking & forever to get my baby settled to have her photo taken, which then did not happen. Received excellent service at Nortlands branch, completely different attitute from staff there.

I have never in my life experienced such bad service. Not to be racist or rude but I was served by a very rude mature aged middle eastern lady about 15 minutes ago. I was told that I could get a Taxation Declaration form from my local Post Office. I came in asking if there was one that I could have. She straight up said no. I then asked her if she had any idea where I could find one and she replied with I don't know, whilst looking at me with an uninterested face and with a very rude tone and attitude. The previous post I went to, Northland Post had exceptional customer service. I know it was about an hour until closing but service was appauling and I would never come back. I only rated it a 1 star because that was minimum; however, if I had the chance, I would not even give it a single star.
