I really wanted to say personally that you shouldn’t be working like that.. can’t believe you said “I don’t know” when I asked if there was any parcels under my address and had this attitude like as if it’s none of your business. It should be your business because that’s what you are hired to do. If I face this kind of issue again, trust me you will regret for what you have done

Extremely rude service by the older ladies here, they work so slow yet are so impatient with their customers. Most people come here to collect parcels, there's no need to be aggressive when asking customers for parcel details. Just be nice and polite, and your customers will return the same attitude. There is a younger lady who is awesome and super friendly. Everyone else is grumpy and rude.

Horrible service staff. Rather let customers wait while 2 staff just stood around and chat. When approached one staff basically said, passport application is too long and she already did two long transaction today and had to wait in line. Terrible customer service !

People here should know how famous this post office workers in Strathfield community are for being rude and bad work, especially how mean Chinese women workers are to their customers. Rate one star only because the parcel locker is convenient and relatively simple to use (when the building glass entry door is not locked). Everything else is just as other reviewers have mentioned: unfriendly customer service by the older staff who are only doing the bare minimum required and parcel doesn't actually get posted forcing us to come pick up during their restrictive opening hours. Additionally, the opening hours have been wrong and misled us several times. Australia Post should be regularly updating the opening hours, on the website AND on Google Maps, especially given the pandemic began more than two years ago and hasn't disappeared in the slightest. Sometimes they are closed Saturdays / sometimes they are open... A post office shouldn't be like this.

Purchased a $200 apple gift card from auspost and wanted a refund the same day, was told they couldn’t refund me and I had to take it up apple and it’ll take 6-8 weeks for the refund. This went on for 3 days, they told me they sent me an email confirmation that I never got and was told on the third day they never sent an confirmation email and they won’t. On other days I can see all the staff are lazy and slow.

This has to be the worst post office i have ever walked into i received a you have a parcel to collect card .I queue up for 25 minutes the tall asian lady went out the back then did an enquire on the computer and told me the delivery guy did not drop any parcels off yesterday as the went home with the van and the parcels .She told me there is nothing she can do the started to be aggressive raising her voice THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO .I only wanted to pick up a parcel .This post office needs a clean out with new staff with a better attitude

Some office staff is alright but some is not nice . l was asking my friend to help me to get the parcel for me as l couldn't go there before 5 pm . My friend said one of indian staff was very angry to tell her she couldnt let her collect my parcel as l gave code to my friend she still cannot assist it . l think post need to give more training to their staff for knowledge . The Indian staff just answer my friend she will call the auburn manager about last time one staff did let my friend collect my parcel so what is the point she needs to calk the Auburn post manager ???

I seldom write negative reviews but the service I had experienced and what I saw right after warrants it. I didn’t have a pen on me so kindly asked the lady at the counter if I could borrow one with “please” and “thanks”. She just slammed the pen on the counter and said she needed it back. After I returned the pen, another customer went to get a pen from the counter but this time the lady quickly snatched it off her and gave her the one I returned and told her in an angry tone customers needed to BYO pens due to COVID. This is fair enough. But there weren’t any signs put up to state this. It’s simply unfair to assume customers know the rule (which seems unofficial without signage) and uncalled for to show this much attitude and contempt to the customers. I thought I was thinking too much of it until I saw the rating and other reviews for this particular Australia Post branch. Now I know why. If the staff there hate their job, then quit. I’m sure their positions would be instantly snapped up by people who are more grateful to be in employment at a time like this. It was one of the older Asian ladies working there for anyone who’s wondering.
