Horrible customer service, was waiting at the counter for 20mins, been told they are busy for other takeaway customers, even I was there first. Very unpleasant, end up leave without post anything.

What is the point of running a post office when you can't be available to serve your customers?? If you have to run your other business during lunch hours, then I suggest updating your post office business hours to reflect this. A lack of customer service on your part doesn't go well with my customers.
